Poor service from hotel staff. Horrible experience. Hotel is surrounded with mutton shops so there is always smell of mutton. No checking of rooms before handing keys to customers. Fan makes sound, unable to bear. Room smells like as if you're in nonveg kitchen. Unable to control ac tempreture as they don't provide ac remotes, they have tempreture controlled machine attached to ac. No bathroom mat outside bathroom, you walk around room with wet feet. Horrible service from staff as well, I asked for two towels for two people and staff's face was like "why two towels?, adjust with one" and he was smirking. Messed up breakfast also. Horrible Hotel and horrible service. Booked by make my trip and couldn't cancel.

Hotel Taj....Very good food is available for non-vegetarians

POOR, PATHETIC AND PAINFUL experience. The manager is very rude and absolutely inconsiderate and negligent towards his guests. Our room had a see through window in the washroom and there is another hotel right next to this one from which the entire washroom is visible when the washroom's light is switched on. The same was observed and reported to the manager. According to him it was not possible. I had to physically climb to the third floor of the nearby hotel and click pictures of our washroom from the balcony to convince the manager. The manager was still VERY CASUAL and INCONSIDERATE about it and was not sorry at all. I had to argue with him for 10-15 minutes just to get a newspaper pasted on the window. The manager showed no respect for our privacy.

The location is least inspiring. The neighborhood is mostly a lower class commercial and residential area. The hotel itself is also not inviting. Tried to get some food take-away but the hygiene scene prevailed better over the need.

The room and washroom were good and clean. They have their own resturant and food services. Only thing is that they haven't provided towel and the hotel is surrounded by meat and chicken shops. Vegetarians may feel uncomfortable. If you are a non-vegitarian you may get good non-veg food.

Hotel Taj And Restaurant in Bikaner is a budget Hotel situated in Bikaner city in near Kote Gate, around 600 metres from Bikaner Junction. This hotel is very good and value for money, the most amazing thing is it's location almost all the major markets and attractions of Bikaner are at a walking distance from Hotel Taj and Restaurant. Rooms are quite good and spacious but linen, mattress need to be good and more cleaner. One thing which I don't like is they have very bad quality of towels and service is pathetic. Owner is very dcent person very kind nature but they need to be more cautious about the service. Hotel Taj having an in house Restaurant which serves really tasty dishes. I tried Rsjasthani Laal Maas and Mutton Roghan Josh both the dishes were superb. I became a fan of their delicacies. Next time whenever I'll go to Bikaner Hotel Taj and Restaurant will be my top priority.

Not good. Location is worst, no access road if you are coming by your own car, you will get stuck in between and you have to be there for entire day. Owner is not good. In restaurant if he see his known person they will ask you to vacate the table. Over priced food and less in quantity. This restaurant will never be changed, still you will not get every items on their menu list, even plain rice not available. Service is too late.
