Hotel Subham Residency and Restaurant

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with excellent service--highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The room in the hotel is fine, it will do the job but the food here is very expensive and the quality is not good, you can think of staying in a hotel

Bad experience they are fraud asking more money after booking and the owner behaviour is very bad... And very dirty property even bed sheet and room is in very bad condition........... Overall zero rating don't book this property better choose other place

Service is very slow ......... And room is can not be proper mainten ....

out of city i booked a room in this hotel where fan is not working i ask hotel menager to changer room but he did not also his behaviour is so bad without my permission he cancel my booming and say abuse to me very disrespectful behaviour and also hotel staff are very bad plz do not visit this hotel

While traveling via Bikaner, after seeing a good review and talking to them, we reached the hotel within minutes. I would say the reviews here are not real and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were big but not clean. The bathroom was stinking. They took payment from us after assuring all services including the washroom geyser is working. When we reached the room, the rooms had bad smell, there was no AC remote, geyser was off and when we asked why it's not working they had hundreds of excuses before they agreed to turn it on. The owner then intervened saying it's his family hotel and not oyos. The staff wasn't friendly. Food was just okay. The next morning while checking out, the staff at the reception refused to unlock the front door as he said he couldn't find out that we had paid. He didn't even allow just one of us to go out car. Unnecessarily delayed our trip. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and especially, families better stay off.

Worst Hotel of Bikaner, Never Visit it again.. Worst room with insects and Smell.... Dont even accept online ID, Making excuses in everything... Smelly food is delivered

I booked two rooms at Shubham Residency OYO hotel in Bikaner, but upon arrival, they shockingly claimed there were no available rooms, despite my confirmed reservation. The manager's attitude was beyond disappointing - rude and unhelpful, adding to the frustration of a wasted trip. The lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for reservations make this hotel a regrettable choice for any traveler. Steer clear to avoid a potential travel nightmare.
