Excellent stay at Shanti Inn hotel. They had very fast service and were very accommodating of all our requests. The bathroom was absolutely clean with geyser and they had great room layout as well. We ordered room service for dinner which was warm and yummy and they delivered dot on time. We requested for the complimentary breakfast to be packed for the go. They did it neatly and on time. We have been traveling since long and the hotel's peace and quiet was all we needed to unwind at Bikaner. For those traveling with their own car, they have safe and locked parking system and have clean spaces for the drivers to stay. We were 3 adults in one room, so we requested extra mattress, pillow and blanket which they provided immediately. The service was excellent and had very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I was on a trip on my motorbike and wanted a place where I can keep my bike safely. This small but well made, clean hotel really was worth the price and the owner and staff was extremely co-operative. The room was of optimum size but very well finished and toilets were clean and nicely kept.

Stayed there on the way to Jaisalmer. Nice hotel with neat and clean rooms specially food was like home as hotel provided us the food as per our demand , gave home like feeling, very helpful staff. Tea was very tasty. Owner is nice and helpful. Location is also good. Car parking was provided .Service was quick. Its recommended.

The overall experience was just average. The room sizes are a bit small. While the room service is good, the kitchen had trouble following instructions. We kept asking for chilli free food (both green and red), but the kitchen kept making mistakes. The way food is served can also improve considerably. For instance, tissues are not given with any kind of food. Moreover, the morning breakfast parathas are served just as is. Not even achaar is given; forget dahi and butter. However, would like to appreciate the management for understanding our situation and allowing a slightly late check-out.

We stayed here for a night in a double room and the provided king bed was adequate for our family of 3, we didn't have to put a double bed. The room was not big but the toilet/bathroom was big. It is a relatively new property. The location was good, not inside the crowded city but not far from it. There is secured parking for 2-3 cars and more parking on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms, toilet, bed-sheet/towels were clean. The only issue was the noise insulation is not good for the room. For a light sleeper it will be a problem.

Good rooms, attached bathroom. Neat and clean rooms, premise. Lift and WiFi available. Cctv surveillance, car parking available. Only drawback is that they don't have a cook, so you don't get breakfast from the hotel even if you're ready to pay for it. Luckily Zomato worked here. They serve only tea which has a good taste.
