Hotel Royal Inn - Best Hotel, Restaurant, Rooftop Restaurant In Bikaner

My all over experience was very good. I had stayed for 2 days. They have no hidden charges and they are very professional. Unmarried couples are not allowed in this hotel. Wifi connectivity is good and car parking arrangement is also there. It is a good hotel for holiday or work visit. The hotel is underrated online else you will find it what you expect.

This is a new and good hotel at a good location near Junagarh fort. The staff is very polite and has good behaviour. The food was very nice and tested. There are two negatives in the hotel one is they can't have three or four bad rooms. All rooms have only one double bed. Second is they have a rooftop restaurant but served food in the room.

This property shines with well-kept spaces and reasonably priced, top-notch accommodations. The attentive service and friendly owner make the experience even better. Plus, it's conveniently close to the railway station (1 km). Don't miss the rooftop restaurant - it's not just a feast for the eyes but also offers good food. It's an all-around great stay.

Pathetic service! Rude staff, dirty rooms and couches, washroom doors broken. Lift was not working, had to switch 3 rooms to get a working AC, No Parking place; had to park on road with zero safety. Top roof restaurant, way too expensive for staple food!! Not recommended at all!!

Very Poor food services , specially in complementary breakfast. We found cockroach in food. Only two items available for food in complementary breakfast. Very Bad experience. Very pathetic behaviour of staff. I forgot my winter cap at hotel , I contacted many times but there were no reply for return . Never recommend .

Had worst experience in this hotel, whatever you asked for ...you get to listen big no from hotel staff. They didn't have iron, didn't have wash room kit, didn't have saving kit etc. and reaches on heights when I asked for feedback book at the time of check out and they didn't have that also. Hotel manager is not at all humble therefore highly recommended not to stay in this hotel else ready to compromise on all basic amenities.

Room service is very bad.They didn't Provide us Basic amenities like soaps,towel in bathroom even when I called them thirce.Housekeeping is so bad that on asking to wipe the floor properly, housekeeper just wiped it half and said abi baad me shi se pocha lgaenge.Parking facility is not available.

Average stay, no car parking, air conditioner not working, rooftop restaurant very high price for average food.Not great service,but they are quoting high price. I had booked rook with Breakfast but they don't understand the meaning of that. We went for breakfast at 9 and their restaurant was filled with cake all over the floor and they said cleaner hasn't come. Also when we asked for extra aloo paratha they said they can provide only one per head. Isn't it a joke . Is this what complementary breakfast mean? I won't recommend at all
