Hotel Raj Vilas Palace

The hotel is highly understaffed and very badly maintained. The staff is unethical, rude and informal. We had booked a package of one night stay with breakfast included but they refused us breakfast the next day. Hilarious and pitiful

Rooms are stinky. No daily room cleaning I stayed there for 4th Nov to 8th Nov. Had such bad experience would suggest donot book this hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip. Lack of staff no proper breakfast. In breakfast fast there were only few items which was not good at all. I need to go out for tea,food and laundry. Bed and pillow cover was not clean spots can be seen. Request look for other options rather than this horror.

Decent place to stay if you are out of luck with other hotels and staying for one night. Food is good though.

Worst hotel to stay. Only one room Service boy is there, who is doing the restaurant service too. Causal approach towards heigne of room as well as on food. They offer Poha, Puri Bhaji in breakfast and called as Buffet service. No water is offered in restaurant unless and until you demand for it. No juice is offered, fruit platter is found to be kept unattended with flies on it as toppings. It's a nightmare
