Hotel Raj Haveli

I stayed one day in this hotel with a group consists of 32 people on 17/02/2025.Ambience was excellent. Rooms were very spacious and good. Food was delicious. And the behaviour of the staff were also good. It would be more better if they provide bathroom slippers and dental kit. I recommend this hotel for others for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Raj Haveli! The interior was beautifully designed, giving a perfect heritage feel. The service was excellent--staff members were polite, attentive, and punctual, making my stay truly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend for a great stay in Bikaner!

We stayed as group of 12 in Raj Haveli for one night in December last week. Staff were very courteous. The rooms, terrace, restaurant and front office were aesthetically made. On request, they gave extra blanket. It would be better if they provide bathroom slipper and dental kit. I would recommend the hotel strongly.

Unfortunately Stayed here one night with a group. When I opened the room I noticed there was no water, coffee or tea, yet I had two kettles. I asked the staff for some water. It never came. I called to reception for water and a bottle of water came, which I was later billed 100ir for. I asked at reception and was rudely blown off. I politely asked if the rooms have complimentary water and he waved his hands and demanded payment. They should treat their guests better! The "dinner" was an absolutely rancid buffet for which they charge 1,000ir. But they do not tell you until after. One guy got sick from the buffet, I am happy I didn't try it. Horrific service from this place and would not recommend at all.

Everything is excellent about this hotel except the wifi speed. About location convenience can't say anything since we arrived by car. Anyway, a top place to stay

This have very bad experience and service and theie staff don't have manerse to talk theri customers they don't provide food in ac lunng in summer and they charge too hig for theri food and I have buy 1 water bottle but bottle mrp is 60 but they charge 100 rupees in single water bottle they have very food material their service was not too good I suggest people's to don't waste your money and time at this hotel

This hotel is very well maintained. Food is good. Ambiance is good. And the service and staff are also very poised and well mannered ! Overall hats off to the management. Great hotel ! Probably the best in bikaner with great terrace and parking too !

Didn't liked the stay at this hotel. I can understand that it has been made like a Heritage property but still it lacks a lot in some of the basic amenities like slippers, comb, soap etc. There is no air conditioning in the lobby so it is kind of suffocating when you come out of your room. Food was just OK. The view outside of the hotel is of only the houses nearby.
