Hotel Pooja Palace

Very worst and use less hotel don't visit because the owner and staff is also worst they don't have manners to talk to with the customer and when I visit I also see the review but I ignored the review but I suggest the people don't visit this wort place

Stayed in March. 3 person in a room for 1200/night. Rooms are big enough have a queen size bed. They arranged extra mattress. Tv was working. Bathroom is okay. Food is good but a bit pricy. Staff are helpful. Okay with respect to budget.

Good Place to Stay for 1 night. TV Channel is not working properly. After calling the person recharge was done late at night. Not good Service. 20 Water Bottle they give at a Price of 30 . Not recommended if looking for a stay.

Lovely hotel in great location just inside the city wall and a short walk away from the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. A very nice touch to have complimentary cakes, tea & coffee in the afternoon and then complimentary Prosecco, beer, soft drinks & snacks from 5 until 7. Would recommend a stay here.

Rooms are small, no proper clean bedsheets or pillows provided.... Feels like more for couples then family visit

Location is good of the hotel but the room I got was way small that every time I get up to use the washroom I had to be careful not hurt my legs because the space was very little and mind you I was 1300/ night for that room so had change hotel as I was not interested into staying there for any longer than my booked days.

Visited hotel in November 2019 with family. Choose early check in option.. when reaching the hotel only one boy was there who even bother of taking luggage to hotel. No lift available and all rooms are on first and second floor. Rooms were dirty and the boy doesn't care if you call him to clean the room.. guiser in one room was not working well as well. We have to demand for all things like towel. Soap and blankets. Guest house like hotel. Just food is ok type. Highly over rated hotel.

I stayed for a short time just a day. . Just improvement needed in linen quality. . Rest all is good. . White linen is very much required in terms of cleanliness is concerned. . I hope hotel authorities will see to it
