Being 4 star hotel dont provide water bottles provide RO WATER no wifi range in rooms No basic things like water boiler coffee tea in room you have to order from restaurant in the hotel Shampoo soap n oil in small pouches Good as 2 star hotel but not 4 star

Very poor service, bad staff , no body cares here. No hot water, dirty rooms, Zero star hotel. Don't stay here. They have given few rooms to company people. So hotel ambience is bad.

Hotel is good according to price . Nothing extraordinary. Spacious rooms, good cleanliness and staff support. 5 minutes from Bikaner Railway station.

i dont even want to give a single star to this hotel worst hotel to stay pathetic rooms and such arrogant staff

Whenever we visit Bikaner, we stay in this hotel only. The hotel is very good, only the staff is a bit late.

The hotel's dining options also left something to be desired. The on-site restaurant offered a limited menu, and the quality of the food was passable at best. The hotel is situated very close to the Railway station which is a plus point. The rooms have deluxe and super deluxe options, although deluxe rooms are spacious too also contain Aur Conditioner. Bathroom was ok, but exhaust was not working and paint was coming from the walls. Towels, hair oil, shampoo and soap is provided in the bathroom The room is provided with the TV only. The complimentary water bottles are not provided with the room. Overall it's a pretty basic hotel.

Everything is good .. hospitality is also good Room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained.. the restaurant of this hotel nebula was good , food quality and taste is good according to price .. overall my one day experience superb and I from West Bengal..
