Hotel Hari Bhawan Palace

The best thing I felt about the hotel was the location. The service was not good. Have to enquire again and again for all the things. The linen provided was of extreme poor quality and bad condition. They were not at all clean and was so disappointing. The room was of very poor condition with water dampening and molds on wall and bathrooms. The bathroom have broken and leaking nobs with poorly ventilated. The room have broken tiles and floorings. There was no generator power during power outage.

On 27th Feb 2025 we tried checking in the hotel. Booking via Agoda (under pet reservation) since its "pets allowed" in Agoda. The guy named Prasad owner of the Hotel bluntly denied and treated us like "untouchables" and "trash". We told him its pet friendly as per agoda he said its agodas problem you talk to them. As such the place was horrible but the way these guys behaved was utterly unacceptable. We were ready to pay double the amount as well for a night stay as we had no where else to go but these guys were adamant. Please all traveler and pet owners DO NOT come to this place. I have asked agoda to even blacklist them.

Worst services, below average cleanliness, bedsheets had stains on them, behaviour of staff was not good, nobody cares to answer the intercom, you need to go to reception every time.

Very poor hotel: Service is very bad, I had complimentary breakfast, hotel chef did not come till 10 o'clock, breakfast was not given.

Based In the prime location of city. Parking space, every thing is available at walking distance. Overall good for family. Neat n clean rooms, all facilities are upto the mark.

Rooms are Okay for its price i.e Value of Money but service is horrible. Most of the time no one will pick your call at reception or room service. I have given 3 stars just because of Morning shift's Mr. Zahid, the behaviour of this guy will make your day for sure.
