My stay at Hotel City Palace was truly enjoyable. The hotel is clean, maintained, and conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although we got an upgraded room which made our stay better. A special mention goes to property owner for this. I would especially like to commend Ms. Priyanka Singh. She was attentive to guests' needs and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Her warm and approachable attitude made the experience even better. While I had a pleasant stay, I feel that some services could be improved to make the experience even more seamless. A bit more efficiency in service delivery would enhance the overall satisfaction. Overall, I recommend Hotel City Palace and I would be happy to stay here again!

Housekeeping staff were also friendly, ensuring my room was well-maintained throughout my visit. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless! My room was cleaned to perfection, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, were also consistently well-kept. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay, knowing the hotel takes cleanliness seriously. Food: The dining options exceeded my expectations.

Rating: I had a terrible experience at Hotel City Palace, Bikaner. We had booked the hotel with dinner included, which was supposed to be served by 8 PM, but even by 9:30 PM, the food had not been served--not even to senior citizens. The waiters were completely inexperienced, made several mistakes, and provided extremely slow service. When we raised a complaint, instead of resolving the issue, the owner misbehaved and was extremely rude. The overall service was pathetic, and the staff lacked basic hospitality skills. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. Avoid this hotel at all costs--there are far better options in Bikaner where guests are treated with respect.

This hotel is centrally located, easy access to everything including shopping, taxi service, restaurants, etc. Hotel staff are very friendly and always willing to help. During my one and a half day stay with them, their hospitability to the guest is highly admirable and unforgettable. I really enjoyed spending time with them during my short stay. I fully recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay and once you get in, you won't be regret. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Ms Priyanka Singh, Receptionist, Mr. Kishan Sharma and the entire team including bell boys, waiters, cleaners (sorry I cannot memorize each and everyone's names). I received five star treatment with many complimentary services. I will be back because of your excellent services and hope to see you all again soon. Best personal regards.

I have visited with family. City Palace situated near to railway station and nice location to stay with family. Staff behaviour is good specially Priyanka ma'am is excellent in taking care of guest.....thanks a lot for your hospitality

Over all hotel City palace is a good hotel to stay in the mid of city ,staff is very cooperative, me adam priyanka who is front desk officer is very cooperative n always fast in responding on booking n others issues , from my side I give five star rating . Improvement if any for sake of good ambience will be highly appreciated.
