My stay at the chirag hotel was nothing short of phenomenal! The hotel's modern design and sleek architecture immediately caught my attention. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting... No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at (Hotel Chirag). The luxurious accommodations, serene surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed every moment. The room was cozy,and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast offered a variety of options to suit all taste.Great place to stay while in town.| Thanks

All the staff in the hotel very kind to me and also helped me out with my issues if any ... Excellent... Service is very good and ambience is just awesome. we were stay there in family function ( MARRIAGE FUNCTION )Thank you for the wonderful service.. very happy and satisfied

We stayed for 2 days. Room"s balcony was dirty with pigeon poop . We requested them for clean up, but wasn't done properly. It''s good for big groups. You'll not be allowed to dine in the lawns where the puppet show is showcased. The special treatment is only for the Groups , not for other guests. Staff will accommodate your dining outside request only when the group has vacated the lawns. Food is good but the waiters' dress, hygiene is not up to the mark. Waiters converse loudly in the restaurant . Breakfast is medicore. If you're looking for a 2 star hotel. Then it's good for you. Staff is polite . Hotel management needs to look into these issues.

I stayed at this place in Feb2025. Location in outskirts of town. Hot water available is the only plus point. When I asked for laundry service for my toddler's clothes they took the clothes saying it will be done in a day. From next afternoon when I kept asking for the laundry they kept saying it will reach in the evening but late night they bring back the clothes not done. For reasons they blame each other and have no response even to help the work get done. Even amazing is; their staff walks in the hallway doing emotional drama as if ur bullying him in front of other guests. I needed those thermals for my toddler during the next days. Not doing the work even with payment nor helping to get it done and emotional drama. This is heights of poor behaviour I saw in any hotel till now. Except availability of hot water 24/7 there's nothing worth to mention here. Guess half their rating is purchased from false reviews.

It was a good timespan overhere. Especially the staff members are very accommodative and elegant in behavior and they provided care taking response as it was required.They properly helped us to explore my first tourism experience overhere in Bikaner.
