All good..but staff say that come to reception and get your water bottle

As soon as you enter, it embraces you with a homly aroma and top flight dishes. The ambience is really comforting and uplifting. Amazing and Fast customer service. The wide range of delicious food fills your stomach and heart to the brim. This place got something for every foodie. One of the bests in Bikaner. Had a great experience. Must visit with friends and family.

Stayed there from 10 and 11th december. Overall experience good. But complimentary breakfast had only 2/3 options. Washroom cleaning was not good. Bath towel was missing on 2nd day. Location is good. Room was a bit small but ok.

We booked this hotel online for 2 days 3 months in advance and paid full amount. On reaching we were shocked there is no safe parking, it is on road. Rooms are very small for 3 bed. Lightes were not working properly, intercome was dead. Food was worst and cold on complaing they served it again and said once served it can not be replaced. Utimately we have to leave the hotel and they refused for any refund. I dont recommend this hotel, it is just wastage of money.

Hotel is very good but the behaviour of the man at reception was very rude. I inquired about the room price, he told me, room is available in 1800 with GST. I said can I check online if I can get any discount. After 10-15 minutes I didn't find any good prices online. So I decided to book at the same price he gave to me. But he instantly said all rooms in the hotel are booked now. I was shocked with his behavior. It was my first visit and the impression was very bad. Hotel owner should look into this seriously. Is this the hospitality of Bikaner??

Very very nice food and good variety of food available. Place located near a happening area and that makes a awesome view from inside the restaurant on 1st floor with a full glass view near tables. Very tasty food in Chinese, Italian and Indian main course, visited twice whilst in the city and enjoyed the food. Must visit once and you won't be able to not visit again there. Go and enjoy with friends, family and colleagues.

I only visited the restaurant, not the hotel so the review is based on that. The ground floor has the sweet shop, ice-cream counter as well as the quick bite options. Seating is available. On the first floor the dining area is located. The decor is nice and they made the seating arrangements in such a way that it gives a sense of privacy yet the space feels open and not claustrophobic. So 4/5 stars for the seating. The food items I ordered weren't the best I have ever tasted but were not the worst either. I would suggest giving it a go and decide for yourself. 3.5/5 stars for the food. Now comes the service. First of all I found that there was a lack of willingness to host their guests. I asked for hand sanitizer, i was told that they don't have any. Which is strange after more than two years of Covid. The waiter wasn't rude or polite, he was JUST there to do what he was supposed to do... Bring food to the table. There was no system of bringing food on trays. A good restaurant working in a dhaba style would be an apt way to describe the service. The restaurant wasn't even crowded at the time of my visit, and that's why the lack of enthusiasm bothered me even more. Then there was an item missing on the bill, which I had to bring to their attention. 3/5 stars for the service. Overall, I might visit this place, once in a while but I don't think this would be my go to place. I hope the owners read this and take this review as a constructive criticism. Good service can leave such a positive overall impact on the customers/ diners.
