Disgusting extreme uncleanliness, poor room quality, lack of basic amenities, inadequate maintenance, unresponsive service

The hotel is located about 1 km from railway station . I checked into my room and saw that bedsheets are was not there . The room was not clean and the washroom was not having lock from both sides . You can imagine what happens if the washroom door is open the entire time. The bucket and cup in the washroom looked dirty hence did not even touch them during my 2 day stay. Would request the management to look into these basic issues as they are very important for customer experience.

This place is disgusting, Dirty rooms, stained bedding, dusty furniture, unhygienic bathroom.

Hotel is under construction, Rooms are Furnished but not Maintained well. ||Please find the Great Advantages of this Hotel,||1. Worst Room Service i have ever seen in my life||2. To get the drinking water in room, kindly wait for 1 hrs||3. Mistakenly, we ordered Lunch and this was served in dirty utensils after waiting for 1 hrs. Also, the food was unhygienic, tasteless and with lot of red chilly inside||4. In winter, no quilts provided by hotel. You will only get thin dirty blankets in all rooms. So, you have to deal with winter with your own warm clothes||5. Condition of Bathrooms were in very poor condition||6. Another experience to share, we got electricity issue with one of our room and we handed over the room key to the hotel staff in morning but when we returned to hotel in evening, the condition was same and it was very strange that the other staff member sitting at the reception was not at all aware about this issue.||7. No proper staff arrangement to serve you or deals with your problems||||In nutshell, we not recommended this hotel for family with kids.

Horrible condition of Room No. 316. No cleaning, dirty bathroom, WC seat cover hanging, floor soiled. No mirror in the bathroom. Room not cleaned after last occupancy. Bedsheets not replaced. Dirty and torn pillow. See photo attached. All Lights not working.

Very bad hotel in bikaner Waste of money No use of money They can make froud with your laguage and can make extra charge. They are not reliable. They back give you wrong room against your booking Room charges varies accordingly with customer . The behaviour of the staff is really very worst Guys I personally advise you just save your money not to book this hotel

We stayed here for one night and had 2 rooms. On the outset the room looks ok but there are issues here.|Its cold in the room and we asked for a heater 4 times. Although they diddnt refuse but they didnt bring it either but questioned me as to how many beers i had had. |Room does not have a quilt but only blanket which is probably been used repeatedly without a wash. |The worst bit was we had dinner and breakfast here, we asked for rasmalai and rasgolas were served, despite them telling us they has rasmalai, and the yogurt was soooooo much thined down that it was actually just milk. |When we asked for the bill we noticed 5 items with inflated prices and when we questioned the charges we were told that we were shown old menu and when we asked to see the "new" menu it was never presented. |The bathroom had some poor smell, was hard to bathe there so gave it a miss.|We needed to ask the receptionist man to put water heating on, he was sleeping on the sofa in the lounge area and said he be up in a minute only to fall asleep again, there is no respect at this place.|The bed sheet had a big massive hall in it. |Stay here at your own risk.
