Heeralal Hotel (JNV Colony Branch) | Best Hotel In Bikaner

Stayed here at the end of October 2024 for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and spacious. Room service was good and available till 11 PM. Daily housekeeping service was also provided. Staff was very courteous too. Restaurant and fast food outlet served nice quality food too. Location is good if someone is coming from Jaipur and ground floor parking was very comfortable too.

Great Stay with Minor Improvements Needed The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, the absence of basic amenities like a hair dryer and a fridge was a bit inconvenient. On the brighter side, the staff were exceptional--always courteous, attentive, and ready to help. Their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, a great experience with some room for improvement.

A convenient, clean place for a night stay. Staff is cooperative and polite. Room (suite) was good except the room service hours which starts only after 7:30am but as we left before that, the staff kept our decent breakfast packed to go. Most importantly, the mattress doesnt break your back. Overall a very convenient place for family to put up for nights.

We checked multiple times on the breakfast once on the previous night and the same mrng where the reception guys confirmed that the breakfast is ready and when we went to the buffet area that fellow was rude and they dont have sync between themselves We travelled with a 3 year old kid and had to travel long and these guys ruined our plan and journey

Good food and clean room avelable

One of the best facilities available in Bikaner. Peaceful and clean, Good food, good transportation till evening. The food is pure vegetarian without onion and garlic but tastes wonderful.
