The location is nothing special but this haveli definitely is. We met the owner on check in and he gave us an upgrade, thank you! Place is very clean, comfy beds, big bathroom, room was big, the staff, especially Nahar Singh went above and beyond for all the guests and he made a difference in our stay. If you come and visit the rat temple, you should stay here

We stayed here for 1 night in January 2025. Was expensive for what you get. No free water and no kettle or coffee/tea supplies in room. Tiny and very cold room (although the actual beds seemed fine). Shower was very dirty and unusable for us (plus it had no shower curtain, so water would have gone everywhere! Very little toilet paper provided, and no back up roll. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room or dining room - only in hall or near lobby (maybe the walls are very thick?). We had dinner and breakfast, and for both, no one else was in dining room on the main floor, and it was very dark (lit by a single bulb?). No buffet for breakfast, just food brought from somewhere else. The food tasted good, though. I think there was a rooftop restaurant where others ate, but we didn't check it out (it was a chilly night). I can't recommend this hotel, although it might be fine for others - depends on what is important to you.
I stayed for one night on 3rd January 2025 at Harasar Haveli. Let me share the pros - 1. This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The interiors are nicely maintained and give you an actual haveli vibe. The bath space has separate non-marble flooring, making it comfortable to take a bath in the chilling winters in Rajasthan. 2. The location is prime, close to the prime tourist spots. 3. Hygienic, well-maintained, clean, and efficient staff. 4. Food is good. Not great but good. 5. They arrange wonderful local folk performances in the evenings. 6. It's a total value for money. Cons - 1. The breakfast option is VERY LIMITED. We could opt for only two items out of poha, aloo paratha, and omelet. 2. Although the staff did respond to all our queries, they had a strange air of attitude. I think a little smile in hospitality would go a long way.
A television, a ubiquitous amenity, was surprisingly not provided. Curiously, one was mounted on the wall, seemingly for show. My complaint, however, was completely disregarded by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, they exhibited a brusque communication style, which they liberally practiced on guests.
Room and bed sheets were not clean. The staff was not so friendly and breakfast food was of very low quality. I think there are many better hotel in Bikaner....
If you do not turn on the generator even after the power goes off, there is no light in the room for 3 hours.
Below average place to stay for a night. Dont expect much in services, specially for seperate building rooms, they are just like simple rooms with not much facilities.
Worst hospitality you can ever expect at any hotel in Rajasthan. Very very poorly maintained rooms with extremely bad behaviour staffs who will literally fight with you. We booked 3 rooms out of which AC was not working in 2 of the rooms and the staff was very reluctant to shift to other room and clearly refused to shift the luggage to other rooms. Not at all recommended. STAY AWAY.
