Rooms were comfortable. Bed mattress needs to be changed. Best thing is they have option for 3 bedded rooms. Room service is on point and good from the restaurant is also very good. Stayed for 4 days. The owner was too rigid to provide discount on rates was the only bad part of my stay

This is a very good restaurant in low budget. Full plate food is available for Rs. 120 and the quality of food is also good.

Nearest to the station and the cleanest hotel and the best thing is ,you will find good food near the hotel. Nearest place from the hotel is the chotu Motu restaurant that's a really good tasting place.

Service is not good receiptenist behaviour is very rude

The hotel is very near to Bikaner railway station - hardly 3-4 min walk. Excellent location. We directly booked the hotel over telephone, they didn't charge any advance amount, but confirmed our booking via WhatsApp. All staffs are very well behaved. On our request, they arranged a cab for siteseeing at the last moment. Very helpful. We took 3 three bedded AC rooms. They helped us with 24 hours checkin checkout facilities - we booked between 7 am & 11:30 pm - all rooms were neat and clean, washrooms are also very clean. They have their own restaurant- and I must say their preparations are delicious. As far as the improvement areas are concerned - their room services are not prompt - I would say a bit slow and sometimes they forget orders. This is the pain area. Also, washrooms are extremely small. Also only basic room amenities were available (like soap & towels). Still, I am going with 5 stars keeping their overall service & hotel location in mind.

Nice place if you want stay close to railway station. But hygiene standards must be improved They are doing best job for providing best quality stay for customer. Food ok It may be improved This hotel come with other benifits Lots of good shops near this hotel Enjoy food
