Superb facility, absolutely great staff, would want to visit again when in city next time. Lovely lawns and beautiful mornings. Would recommend my friends and family to try once and experience the facility in your own. On Bypass road just few km away from railway station

I recently stayed at Vesta Bikaner Palace, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and easily approachable. The decor was well-thought-out, and the rooms were impeccably clean.||I would like to give a special shoutout for two standout aspects of my stay:||The Food: The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It was, without a doubt, one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had.|Exceptional Hospitality: On the same day as my stay, it was my daughter's birthday. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Manjeet Ji, who truly stood out. He went out of his way to help us by decorating for the birthday celebration and providing assistance at every step. His professionalism, kindness, and cooperative nature made the day unforgettable.|Thanks to the wonderful service, I am eager to return to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend Vesta Bikaner Palace to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

This is not a 4-Star hotel with the condition it is in. While the location is good, the building is pretty and photogenic, everything else needs a serious upgrade. Rooms are horrible, dirty linen, poor bathroom, broken power plugs and more. Do not get impressed by the property photos you see; the actual stay in the room is entirely a different experience. Food at the restaurant was good.

The staff is really nice and helpful, especially Ranbir Singh. He was pleasant and a fast server. The food in the restaurant is really good and the rooms look luxurious compared to other hotels I've been to in India. Everything is aesthetically pleasing to look at. I also like the inclusion of the library and table tennis room.

The rooms and the entire place in general needs a solid reconstruction and maintenance. Starting with the washrooms on ground floor, the hand jets are broken, both in men's and ladies'. One has a pipe broken midway because of which water sprays all over you and not from it's designated aperture. The rooms have a musty malodor. There is dust sitting in the rooms, the accompanying bathroom floors have never been cleaned. It's goddamn slippery. There's a problem with flies (makkhi). There's one dead on the windowsill while a few fly freely in the room. But with a repellant liquid or coil, that problem settles down. The staff at the reception are a bit rude and arrogant. The restaurant? That's the only good part. Again, the maintenance is down BAD, what with the withered sofa which are dusty as well. But the food is genuinely great and their staff is very helpful and kind. And the service staff?? They are very sweet and responsive. Mr. Shyam And Mr. Ranveer Singh from the restaurant and a good guy from the hotel service, might be the head of staff, I'm not sure, helped us A LOT. The hotel, overall is okay, 'cause the staffs ensure you have a nice stay. But maintenance definitely needs to be done.

Very peaceful and comfortable, staff are very calm and cooperative. Breakfast, dinner etc are very delicious. We would like to visit again very soon if possible. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks to all staff and hotel management. Ok by by see you again.

Awesome place to stay in Bikaner with reasonable prices. Being a frequent traveller, I can say the food quality and taste is also really good. Worth the price. Highly recommend.
