Disappointing Experience at Heritage Resort, Bikaner Unfortunately, my experience at Heritage Resort Bikaner was far from what I expected. While the location and ambiance of the property are undeniably good, the overall experience was ruined by poor staff behavior and lack of professionalism. I had taken a membership and even confirmed the dinner timing in advance. Despite arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I was shockingly denied entry. This was not only embarrassing but also highly inconvenient, especially since I had brought along a guest and had taken responsibility for the visit. The attitude of the staff was dismissive and unaccommodating, which was quite disappointing considering the resort's reputation. Basic courtesy and hospitality were missing, which is surprising for a property that markets itself as a premium destination. As for the food, it was average at best - nothing special or memorable. With so many options available in Bikaner, this was another letdown. In summary, while the resort's ambiance and location are appealing, the poor service and unwelcoming attitude overshadowed any positives. I had high expectations after taking the membership, but this experience left me regretting my decision. Hopefully, the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and professionalism.

Lovely Resort, had a comfortable stay in a family room which was clean tidy & well equipped for a few nights stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, a variety of dishes were available to us & i'd also like to mention a special thanks to the general manager, Dhanuwardhan Singh & the chef for being extremely accommodating of my dietary requirements and going out of their way to prepare my food without onion & garlic. Your service and hospitality truly made our stay in Bikaner worthwhile.

Excellent property, very spacious rooms with separate dressing room and bathroom. Good privacy and a quiet place on the highway, well connected , comfortable, clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool, good cuisine, nice service and staff. Free accommodation with food for drivers.

Heritage Resort Bikaner is a little peace oasis in the very animated city of Bikaner. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have everything you could wish for. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food of the restaurant is very good, and the gardens provide a feeling of freshness and peacefulness.

Used to be a very reputed hotel but now their standards have fallen to the lowest. Worst possible experience. Intercom not working, Shower not working, Hot water not working, Bathroom mirrors damaged. No room service is one of the biggest issue that I faced.

Had a delightful experience at this Resort. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The food was exceptional, every dish was flavorful and presented in super way. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great dining or staying experience..

Third class experience NOT WORTH IT.||As I was having Trifers card and I have utilized trifers stay coupon.||They are such big thieves at the time of check in they take swimming pool coupon too.||And on next morning(checkout day) they asked again for swimming pool coupon if you want to use swimming pool.||There was nothing in breakfast buffet completely useless food.||Rooms were not at all clean no hygiene was maintain.||Bathrooms were stinking like hell not at all clean washrooms.||Bed linen was not at all clean.||Room was full of mosquitoes out of 10 it is sure 7 people will get affected by dengue.||There is no room service so keep in mind before booking this property.||There was no comforter or blanket they simply give a roadside kambal in btw two bed linens.||PROPERTY MANAGER (DEVI SINGH) WAS ILLITERATE as soon as he sees you have a membership card his behavior changes as if we are his guests..
