We had an amazing stay with Sagar Residency. Rooms were neat & clean and well maintained by room cleaning service. The room had huge window to enjoy the warmth inside and it is has proper ventilation. Above all, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was excellently delicious and we tried almost all the dishes and we never got disappointed! I definitely recommend this hotel. Overall rating of 5 stars for safety, staff behaviour, room cleanliness and of course, food.

Third class hotel. I have booked through make my trip and on reaching the hotel they denied me check in by saying that the hotel is full and no rooms available.|And they transferred me to some another third class hotel of theirs names as Hotel Sagar Niwas where bathroom fittings are not working and the room is in a shabby condition.|Avoid this hotel if you are visiting Bikaner

What A beautiful hotel The rooms are so spacious and clean The service is on time The breakfast is also too good, everything is awesome, just there is no rooftop but you can sit outside the available cafe.

Mr. AGARWAL who looks after the property mostly on reception is the worst person i have ever came across. He should not be in a hospitality industry because he misleads and misbehaves with the customer at his hotel.worst food ,breakfast not worth at all. He is a big time liar so take everything in written before proceeding.

Nice but not a good hotel to visit again as hotel rooms are not clean and serviceavle.

room bedsheet and pillow is very unhizyne, no one care. staff is good. food is nice. no water or coffee/tea in room.

Food service is very late 1hr for 1cup tea Hotel is clean
