Hotel Basant Vihar Palace

it is a very good place .we have a birthday party in this palace .A very big dinner hall. The staff is very good ,service is also nice. there are many selfie views. we enjoy a party .

Rooms were spacious and clean with 24-hour hot shower facility. Service was good and food was decent. We had checked in this hotel for two nights and three days during our Kesari Tour Holiday. We were told the hotel is a heritage building. There is a huge garden besides the hotel and has a courtyard for functions.

A heritage hotel in the outskirts of Bikaner city. Cozy, warm and extremely comfortable stay. The rooms and bathrooms very very clean. With hot water, AC, tv fridge ,fans and lighting fixtures in good working condition. Cozy beds. Loved the decor. It has a restaurant too but since I stayed there only for a night and had to check out early didn't avail the restaurant services.

Place is good Location is superb But the restaurant is pathetic Sitting in restaurant for 15-20 min Nobody came to even serve the water or to attend Need to go to staff to order food And not even that busy Just 4 tables and they are treating this place like there are 100s of guests in their restaurant that they don't even time to attend for 20 minutes. If they can't handle this place either they should close the restaurant or increase the staff because current one can't handle 20 guests at this place. So to summarise just one word for the service its pathetic

The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some areas, like additional amenities or minor maintenance updates, could enhance the overall experience. However, Hotel Basant Vihar is a solid option for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is a heritage hotel, but they have maintained the heritage and class of today's morden room both. If someone do not have budget for Narendra bhavan or lakshmi nivas palace. This hotel will give similar vibe in same price.

Rooms were clean and hotel is good looking. Pics have a pool but there was no pool or gym. Hence did not find the pricing justified since there is no 4 star hotel without a pool. Food is extremely expensive. Staff was good and polite. Good for a short stay

The property was excellent, with sufficiently spacious rooms and good service. It felt like a very pleasant place to stay.
