HOTEL SAANJH PALACE

Poor service, rude behaviour by staff. AC off in early morning, basic facilities not provided like water etc.

Today, I stayed in this hotel and happy with overall service. Owner Mr. Gaurav is really cool and cordial.

Half the items in the menu are not available. They took the order and then called back to say that the item is not available. Took another order... Called back and said it's not available. These are simple dal items, not even something fancy. Unapologetic service too. They didn't seem to care much about the inconvenience, and when I asked to cancel the order, they just said okay and hung up.

Services was very bad, I won't suggest anyone to go to your hotel. Staff behavior soooo bad and so rude. We didn't even get towel initially 2 days. After that also we were getting towel after asking.

Excellent experience during the stay

Don't ever think about to stay here. It's just look good. And if you got no choice and have to stay here, than be clear everything before check in do not order anything in hotel whatever you needed arrange from outside by your self. And never order food here.

Location is on NH so it depends on your requirement, good option for traveller passing through,there is no restra in hotel and tough to find good one in nearby area. Hotel is good with all basic facilities
