Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended for Families We stayed at this resort for 24 hours, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, with staff being inattentive and unhelpful throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere of the resort felt unpleasant, especially considering its locality, which did not feel safe or family-friendly. One of the most concerning aspects was the presence of unruly groups of intoxicated men who were involved in loud arguments and disturbances, creating a very unsafe environment. There also appeared to be the presence of inappropriate elements on the property, including suspected prostitution, which made the resort completely unsuitable for families or couples looking for a peaceful retreat. The food served was average at best, lacking quality and variety. Additionally, the pool water was unhygienic and visibly dirty, making it unusable.

I had high expectations based on the photos and description, but the reality was disappointing. The room was not clean, the staff was unresponsive, and the overall maintenance of the resort was poor. Basic amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi didn't work properly. The food was overpriced and lacked taste. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into a stressful one. I would not recommend this place to others unless major improvements are made

Location and property is very nice. Big swiming pool Rooms with good space,but when it's about service it is below average. You need to ask for everything and if they provide you need to bargain.

Beautiful location. Child friendly amenities. Reasonable rate card compared with other resorts. Average service. Moderate for small family. Good for a big group who wants to enjoy their evening with camp fire and music.

Very worst experience Staff not Professional..Food also not good..Pool are like Guttar..Hotel bedsheet also bad..Don't waste your money in this hotel

Worst resort I were visit . Never ever visit this resort again . The staff was very rude and lezzy there are unresponsible there service are very worst please improve your staff

Had a very peaceful stay at the property. The staff was kind and humble. Food was very delicious. The location of the property is scenic. Had a great view of the mountains. I had a wonderful time. 5 Star From My Side

It was a great experience , i personally love the place coz of the lovely views and peaceful environment around the resort i love the place hope you all do
