JANKI PALACE HOTEL & RESTAURANT

Our stay at Janki Palace Hotel & Restaurant turned out to be extremely disappointing. We had only inquired about the availability of additional rooms, but the hotel staff wrongly assumed it as a confirmed booking and, without any discussion or approval, added charges for two extra rooms during our checkout. To make matters worse, they deliberately blocked our vehicle and didn't allow us to leave until we paid the extra amount. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like intimidation. Such practices reflect a lack of ethics and professionalism. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when dealing with this property and double-check all verbal interactions to avoid being exploited.

Very bad experience. Worst place to stay . Very dirty washrooms and dirty bed sheets. And no proper water in taps . Even Flush not working. Even electricity problem. No Generator available here.

I stayed here and I think this hotel is best in nearby areas. I stayed in a room and it was well maintained , i also ate food there I also saw the making of it and I can say they took all the measures to maintain hygiene which is not common in nearby areas. Overall best experience in whole dausa . I will surely revisit here
