Super OYO Townhall

I booked my hotel and went for check in but checkin was denied, was asked to pay more. After complaining to OYO, I was allotted a non AC room which was gonna be available for use after 30 minutes. And hence we cancelled our booking.

The property is good but administration is worst. There is no electricity in the morning. And often you will find no water also. Location is okay, it is on the main road. Entry is Little difficult to find. There are stairs going to the first floor from near the sweet shop. Rooms are not cleaned properly. They are like typical Oyo hotels. Only know how to manage guests for a few hours. When i reached the bedsheet was dirty and blanket too. I had to ask them multiple time to change the same. Toilets are only cleaned with water. No cleaning agents, nothing. Overall it is an okay place for one night stay as there are no nearby hotels.

Rooms are very spacious and good. Tv of my room wasn't working. When I asked their management to help, the guy couldn't solve the problem. The solution was to leave the setup box hanging in a way that a joint if wire get good connection to give proper network to tv. It was a bad experience from the service side. Location wise its on the main road which is really helpful. Budget wise this hotel is a super option if u can avoid tv issues.

Room not clean proper , washroom have a very bed smell not clean black dirty marks ,tv not working 3,4 time and calling to reception but no one came over all dezaster stay.

Best service there was no permission to was clothes but nice overall

I had a great time at the hotel. The staffs were too much helpful and the behavior was just speechless. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

This place is horrible....if u book the room from Oyo on less rate they will play dirty games wid u so u can't come for the stay like they don't have power backup nd incase still you make a mind so they will try to give you the non AC room...they stopped AC in midnight then we warned them they onned. The AC.....the staff and onwer both are shameless.. though they shld not be called a man #basters....they shld be admitted to a kindergarten

the hotel was awesome. clean| staff was so punctual. the food was tasty. n location was on the mark. overall it was a good experience.
