Room was not bad but it is ok for the price. But the restaurant service was not good and the food was not bad only. If your breakfast and dinner are complimentary then don't expect in time food and service at the restaurant is too bad.

Hotel property is very good and prime location. Hotel staff behaviour is very good specially Hotel Manager Mr. CP Singh is very polite and helpful person. Overall good experience

Rooms are very bad... No proper wi-fi connection... No proper working ac... No proper washroom... Had a very bad and frustrating experience... Service is also very bad...

Worst services ever, we booked it by mistake on single occupancy and they asked to charge extra for double occupancy for same room . Manager "chitrapl" is not cooperative at all He was having issues in all things, I give him a deal to checkout next day as I was not happy with the place being already paid for 2 days but that was not enough for him.it seems like they are running a paan stall instead of hotel.i booked it for two days in non cancellation and after visiting I decided to stay only one night .The property is big but these people are unable to manage the same, no cleanliness .why people go for holiday or for stay !! Just to have a relaxing weekend and these place don't have that kind of vibe. Will not recommend this to anyone. they having tarrif like a 4-5 star property but services and staff are pathetic.
