Hotel Regency

Worst experience for me. I never meet this type of owner in my life. They you can give 25% advance payment first and then you can give us rest income after the your function but they asked the rest of the money between the function where I was attending my client. The staff come to me and say owner(Lalit) want to talk to you and he was asking for the money between function that thing really worst for me to come out from the function make there payment and they are not accepting after that wow they really waste to much precious time on that particular day. But the food is great and staff as well. Owner are worst, in starting talk very polite and then they show there color after booking them.

Relative stuck in washroom and they act normal saying they donot have the keys. If they know their locks are jammed why they donot repaired it.

Resturent of this hotel is so expensive .

Nice budget hotel with all necessary amenities, food is exceptional, polite and helpful staff. Neat & Clean rooms with prompt room service. Flexible check in timing when requested at help desk since we reached early morning, they allowed us in a go. will recommend for sure.

The price range is a little bit higher for middle class people but there is a good environment, good behaviour of staff ,also for fun and entertainment purpose Bar available on the ground floor and restaurant is also available on the 2nd floor. Overall maintained a good package.

The service is very slow. Took more than 30 mins for food to come after placing order. Half of the paneer dishes were not available. Waiters are rude in behaviour. The sitting area is very congusted . The first table they gave us was smelly, we had to change the table. The charge are way too high given the pathetic service .

We reached at Hotel Regency at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) from Rewadi (Haryana). We chose AC Super Delux Room for our stay. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also very neat with a big size water Heater and was also stuffed with toiletaries and also clean bath towels. However the AC disappointed us as it was not very efficient and was noisy one. The Bed was soft and good.||||Service is average. Not so good and not bad also. Food was delicious and worth savoring. ||||Hotel staff is very co-operative and always anxious to guide you through. ||||Overall, good experience. Worth staying.
