Hotel staff was not supportive, no hot water for bath, bed sheet n blankets were not cleaned No lift facility for 2nd n 3rd floor Bad smell in premises No staff or any representative was available while checkout. We have carry our own bags from 3rd floor while check out

Food is prepared in a very unhygienic way. We ordered 8 items Rice - returned Dal - returned Paneer - returned Maggie - returned Roti - returned Paratha Sev bhaji The taste is too bad, they don't know the process of preparing boiled Maggie. The waiter doesn't know how to serve the order and sequence.

Hotel location is Nice . Interior also good. But small small things need to improve. 1. Water supply on time specially in morning 2. Repair flush button in bathroom 3. Repair the doors as it's not closed properly 4. Please provide toilet tissue paper 5. Maintain Lift 6. Please make sure to available branded minaral water. Staff is very polite and friendly in nature. Overall my experience is good. This hotel become a awesome hotel in this location if just samall things to improve and maintain.

Nice ambience, very friendly staff, they went out of the way to help us. Food was also amazing. I had a very great experience staying with them.

Rooms were good but beds could be improve. Management is good and improvement suggestion given to them they working nicely to makes it perfect family hotel. Enjoyed my stay.
