Hotel Minaxi Palace

The food was excellent, but the service was absolutely terrible. Our order was initially delivered to another table, and we had to wait for half an hour to get it back while already eating. For a simple dal fry and jeera rice, the dal arrived first, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rice. It seemed like complete chaos in the kitchen. Even a basic request like a finger bowl took 10 minutes to arrive. A hilarious yet frustrating experience in terms of service--definitely needs improvement!

Staff are very nice and friendly Rooms are clean for a small town hotel. As expected minor hot water issues. But over all good . Food was tasty , and restaurant was clean . I would sure recommend for stay and eat on the way to Jaisalmer

The food and arrangement of the hotel is very good. The best thing is that the chef is very friendly, practical and very good. They complete the food order immediately. They respect the feelings of the customers. You can eat good food here for Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 per person. Thank you Hotel Mahalaxmi Palace.

Decent rooms. Bathrooms can be much better and cleaner. Food is good but it is oily. Can be improved. Best option in and near Bhinmal town for food and stay.

Hotel location is good but they provided room 106 which is bed smell room and service is not good they take very much time to serve you service. I will not recommend this hotel for stay. Reception staff is not with good behaviour. Exhaust of bathroom not working and i complaint for this but no response from hotel staff

Worst service. Took 1 hour for preparing a simple sandwich . Please don't come again here
