Ranbanka Heritage Resort Bhilwara

Worst staff/service, completely unskilled, no sign at the gate for parking, no one to guide, a guard was there in the parking, drunk, some buttons of shirt were open, talking completely rubbish, instead of guiding me to a parking spot, he was scolding and complaining me for stopping the car in front of the lobby. Also, there was one staff at reception, I asked him, is there someone who can guide me to a parking spot. He said 'NO'. Now, I got the overall vibe of the hotel, I didn't not stay there. I am happy about my decision. I think that the management is not eager to run this hotel effectively. Don't go there, don't believe photos.

I recently stayed at Ranbanka heritage resort and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here are some of the issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom and dust on the surfaces. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had not done a thorough job. Noise Levels: The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Staff Attitude: The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive. Amenities: The advertised amenities were not available. The place was closed for maintenance, and the gym equipment was outdated and in poor condition. Overall, I expected much more from this place . I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and will not be returning.

Good resort with spacious rooms. Will recommend it others.|A resort is undergoing some renovations bit that doesn't hamper the room privacy.|One small recommendation to provide an extra bed instead of just a mattress.|Restaurant and food is also must try.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our team. When it comes to food, it was fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful experience hosting our seminar.

The lush courtyards and ambient lighting enhance the resort's grandeur, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, with the staff ensuring guests felt cared for during their stay. However, the housekeeping service fell short of expectations, with delays in response and occasional lapses in cleanliness, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Despite these minor issues, the resort's charm, excellent dining options, and prime location make it a memorable stay for those seeking a royal experience in Jodhpur. With improved housekeeping, it has the potential to offer an impeccable experience.

Pretty decent hotel. Good breakfast and really exciting bar-restaurant. Also decent prices. Went with EV and had issue for charging as not many about in Bhilwara. Staff were not much of help that is true for whole Rajasthan I suppose........

Was on a road trip from Jaipur to Udaipur and had a one night stay at this luxurious palatial hotel. Have to admit, this was the best stay I had during the entire trip. Loved the ambience during the poolside dinner. Best hotel in Bhilwara in my opinion.
