Management is the responsibility of every Restaurant in which Oliver is worst. I have to wait for 1 hour for dinning, in the end I didn't get that staff was blaming each other honestly I think lover is just on its hype

Eat on your OWN RISK. Today I visited oliver restaurant second time and unfortunately I found stapler pin in their food while eating. I was lucky that the pin I got the pin while chewing else it could have been life threatening. I called their manager and showed pin. Manager took the pin but didn't came back to explain. No apology no explanation. I called their manager but no one from management came to explain me. I would advise to avoid this restaurant where they don't have a face to take ownership of their mistake. We pay premium price but 0 accountability by the restaurant management. The food and service team is good therefore I visited second time but won't go again.

The interior and environment of the restaurant was amazing. Food was not up to the mark, I have had the lasagna many times and it doesn't need that much oil added here in oliver. Need to change the chef i guess , as beautiful interiors and service will not repeat the customers but good food will.

I just returned from the restaurant, and I'm thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. We were a group of friends looking forward to a good meal, but the evening started off on a terrible note. The Manchow soup and Broccoli soup were, without a doubt, the worst I've ever had. The noodles served with the Manchow soup had an unpleasant, rancid oil smell. We requested replacements not once, but three times, and each time they brought back the same poor-quality dish. The disappointment didn't stop there. The Paneer Pizza was mediocre at best, and the Pesto Pasta was well below average. The Quesadilla was an outright disaster--it was underbaked and tasted nothing like a proper Quesadilla should. Frustrated, we decided to give the main course a chance, and surprisingly, it was the only saving grace of the evening. I would have still considered giving this place 3 stars based on the main course alone, but what happened next was unacceptable. When we raised our concerns about the food, the manager's behavior was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and even accused us of fabricating excuses to get a discount. To make matters worse, when I called the owner to address the issue, the manager arrogantly claimed that he "didn't care" about the owner's opinion. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Bhilwara has no shortage of excellent restaurants, but sadly, this place is not one of them. It's clear that establishments with such staff and service do not deserve to be in the hospitality business. I will never be visiting this place again.

We went to the restaurant and it was really nice. There were vaiety of dishes which you would not find anywhere else. Lot of different countries dishes if you want taste and experiment. Like falafel, lasagna and many more which even i never heard of. I think only restaurant in Bhilwara with fried icecream. Hoping to try more diahes.
