La Abode Hotel

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Bhilwara. It met all my basic needs without any major issues. The rooms were clean, and the service was decent. The staff was polite, though not exceptionally proactive.

Stayed at this hotel as we needed a few hours sleep. The reception is not on the ground floor. There were only 2 very young people working there. One of them was working on the reception desk who was half asleep when we arrived. The other person was nice. The rooms itself were okay, we asked numerous times for good night for the mosquitoes, it them an hour to provide us one.

I stay more than 03 time's while my official visit. Mr Govind is one of the good staff. Hotel stay was comfortable.

Had a Exceptional Stay Experience at La Abode. The facilities and amenities offered were impeccable. I recently stayed at La Abode for a few days and had a horrible experience. The staff was friendly, but the condition of the rooms was appalling. The room I stayed in had a severe cockroach infestation, and the smell of insect spray was overpowering. To make matters worse, the hot water wasn't working, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The WiFi connectivity was terrible. It was slow, unreliable, and kept disconnecting every few minutes. I had important work to do, but the poor internet connection made it impossible. I had to spend a significant amount of time trying to troubleshoot the issue, only to be told by the staff that it was a common problem and there was nothing they could do about it. Moreover, the hotel didn't offer any discounts or compensation for the inconvenience. When I brought up my concerns with the front desk, they seemed uninterested in addressing them. They didn't offer any solutions or apologies, and instead, tried to downplay the issues. I was disappointed with the level of service and cleanliness at this hotel. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, and I felt like I was a burden to them. The front desk was unhelpful when I reported the issues, and they didn't offer any solutions or apologies. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the cleanliness, service, and overall quality of the hotel.
