A terrible place to stay. Shabby hotel with pathetic rooms. Not worth staying at all. A total waste of money. The toilets did not work and the place was unclean. The only silver lining was the food which was reasonably good. Requires major overhaul to get the place up to the mark again. The location and architecture is good but the place is dying due to no upkeep.

Nice location, easy to reach. Nice entry environment. Nice reception environment. Unique design of hotel. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Geyser was good,TV-Dish was good. Kitchen service is good. I would recommend to stay in it fir mind freshness.

Best place in Bhilwara to stay and relax Owner and staff are very good and cooperative. Staff service is mind blowing. Felt like King over there. I would love to visit this place again and again . Good place for party and functions. Food quality and quantity is very good and food is tasty. Rooms are very neat and clean. Nice to stay there. One of the Happy Customer

Worst Experience, not recommended for families with small kids below 2-3 yrs. They don't have 24 HR Kitchen and no arrangement for hot drinking water when kitchen is closed. So, if you have babies and you need hot water to feed them, make your arrangements else your kid will be crying with hunger and staff will not help. There is no heater in rooms as well. In these rates the facilities are way below par. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the very first hotel on my way in Bhilwara city so i decided to check. Hotel looks good from the outside and appears reasonably good from the inside too but once you see the rooms, your perception changes. ||||Rooms are spacious, with old furniture and are generally clean but bath area is not as clean as a guest would expect. Food is available in restaurant or in rooms, restaurant offers pure veg food but your friendly waiter can get you non-veg dishes too...||||Service is a big setback in this hotel, it is poor and lacks sense. When i ordered food, the room service took forever to serve it and the service person brought it with bare hands... no serving tray, uncovered food and it was unceremoniously dumped on the table. When i objected to it, i was presented with a lame excuse that some marriage party had exhausted all resources. So very unprofessional. ||||Not all are like that though, mostly staff is good and cooperative, special mention for Mr.Khemraj ji at reception, he is quite understanding, helpful and takes good care of guests!||||Bhilwara city should have better, reasonable hotels which i will explore some day...
