Manager and staff is very friendly and co-operative. Location is very good. They do not have indoor restaurant but they have a tie-up with a good restaurant nearby and the food is delicious. That one star is deducted is for the size of the room which is a bit small. The room and bathroom are very clean. |A good budget hotel to stay.
If you're here just to stay like you can manage your food on your own, than think for 2 to 3 days. Food is very expensive. Staff are helpful. A lot of greenary you will find around the hotel which makes you feel good. Market is nearby the hotel so that you can access them any time. The biggest attraction is the Inox which is just behind the hotel. So just.go and enjoy the movie or shopiish whenever you want.
I visited Hotel City Palace and stayed there for 2 days. Comfortable stay in budget pricing. Location is very good. Heart of the city. Fantastic hotel. For food in fron of Delhi thali famos restaurant of Bhilwara. Overall stay was nice. Rooms are comfortable and neat and clean. I will recommend this hotel for others
I did not stay in this hotel. I booked 2 nos of AC rooms, drove all the way from Mathura and was about to check-in. I turned back almost from the hotel-door at mid-night after taking a first glimpse of the hotel. ||Kindly note this does not imply that this hotel is bad. Contrary to that, it has a very reasonable room rent, located close to Bhilwara railway station (may be max 6-7 minutes by rickshaw), Mr Arun Soni with whom we had communicated over phone was very polite, co-operative, considerate and agreed to all our requirements. He kept these two rooms booked for us without taking a single penny as booking advance. He also booked and arranged dinner for us and kept it ready in one of the rooms solely based on our phone call before we reached Bhilwara when we were on the way. ||In spite of all these, what deterred us from staying here is following 2 major factors:||1.0> Location of the hotel - right in the middle of a marketplace just beside the road. Hence, literally car is to be parked on the roadside. At least that's where the reception attendant in the night pointed his hands at. We felt very insecure for our car.||2.0> We had our pet dog, our beloved Roxy with us. There is virtually no space outside the front entrance of the hotel - it directly opens on the market road. For people having pets, the inconvenience can be easily understood.||There were 3 minor factors as well:||1.0> They informed us over phone that they only have inverters, no generators. Hence in the event of power-cut, only fans will run, not the AC.||However, based on my stay at another hotel in Bhilwara, I found that power-cut in this textile-industry-town is quite rare. ||2.0> The attendants' voice, his way of talking in the night, his behavior etc. we didn't like. It was nothing but polite and welcoming. ||3.0> I felt plenty of problems in night to locate the hotel, reach the location. If you are coming by road from NH-79 side (Ajmer side), this is pretty interior, inside the town, unlike some other hotels which are conveniently located near the entrance of the town. ||We finally stayed in another hotel. In the morning, the night-attendant and one of his accomplice tracked and traced us in the other hotel and handed over the night dinner bill and one day room booking charge bill to me. I could have argued, but refrained considering that even I am also at fault after confirming booking and then turning back from hotel door. And food will go to waste for which the hotel is not to be blamed. They handed over the food to me. I didn't like the taste of the food, nor should it be as it was already one-night old. ||Final Conclusion:||A judicious, optimum call should be taken. I have not seen the hotel-interiors, the rooms. So I will not be able to comment on the same. For a budget traveler, a business traveler having some job in Bhilwara market-plae, who is travelling preferably single, coming by train and arriving at station, who has no vehicle to park, no pet with him, this hotel may be a pretty good option. ||For others, a judicious call is needed to be taken considering the pros and the cons. ||I again emphasize that in my specific case, it's not the fault of the hotel, but I myself to be blamed. I should have specifically inquired about the location, the parking space etc. That's a very important lesson learnt from this trip. Whenever one travels, one should be very specific about ones specialized requirements and inquire beforehand about the same with the selected place-of-stay whether it satisfies those criteria or not.
Very Third class Owner/management...No Curtsy No Commitment after Booking Confirmation & doing very Rough Behavior with Guest. I have Booked For 3 Premium Room at This Hotel & Confimed Check in 9.00 Morning & I Told to collect Money from Locally & Mr.Soni Asked that NO NEED we Collect at CHECK OUT Time. And We Checked in Late 2.00 & All Event Informed to him at the Time of Check In||he allotted me very small Room !!!! Then I asked for Premium Room They said that Premium Room is SOLD & You can Leave this Hotel I Cant give you As Per BOOKED Room. At Last We Leave this Hotel (With Small Kids & Family!!! & Luggage) & Checked In Immediately LA ABODE Hotel....||||If Mr. Soni refuse with My Real story Please call Me on 098251 79911 (Ahmedabad)
I visit there on official purpose. No Wifi. Hotel was booked with break fast but when i asked from staff he said no sir nothing is included. They do no have any restaurant in the hotel. Its hotel less and Guest House more. Market is very near. Hotel gate is like you are entering in a small house. Staff is not professional. They do not have any curtains for Room Door due to which outer light will come inside room and you will not be able to sleep. If you asked them to switch off the light then you have to wait till 11:330 PM.
Its a budget hotel so please don't expect much. However, having said one can get better option in my view in this budget at a place like bhilwara. Rooms were ok size but needs to be more clean. Don't expect any amenities.
