Food here is too good. They even changed the coffee given we asked to make it strong. The food must try Sizzler Mexican lasagna Crispy corn All Mexican items

One of the worst hotel of my travel carrier they charge 100 rs for two water bottles and I paid 5500 for 1.5 days they just looting I urge mmt to block this hotel Hate this hotel

Location is good but all other things are much below standard. No maintenance, poor service and bad behaviour. They claim free parking but it is on public road so it's free. Room had problems so upgraded to suite paying extra. Even suites are not properly maintained. Tv never works, one has to call person who tries once just to show customer while screen shows subscription is over then they recharge it for a limited period, may be as per customer booking. AC making noise and water dripping. Fridge gets switched off when you leave room so fruits, eatable etc get spoiled. Publicise buffet breakfast but gets hardly any time most of the time not available. Not a single fruit is served. When asked, manager promised for next day but neither fruit nor buffet. No honour of words. Offer deep discounts on travel site but if you take benefit of such offer, behaviour and services are also matching discount. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never book again

The place is very close to railway station main gate. The hotel is very old hence known to almost everybody ans very easy to access. Staff is hospitable and the front desk is very helpful.||Many places around it for food and the food of the hotel is also good. ||The breakfast buffet is average but they serve it with smile and kind gestures.||The rooms are nice and average clean. Suites are spacious. restaurant offers a quite wide range of food which is of course delicious.||Most importantly the rooms with road view give a nice view of a very beautiful and nicely maintained park and Temple. You can visit the temple in the morning and in the evening.||During night the area becomes very calm as most of the buildings around are commercial and they shut down quiet early. Banks and ATMs are just a 2 min walk away.||Overall the property is very good and convenient.

Very bad rooms. Not good service

1. No Wifi, it's just for namesake 2. 50% of channel on tv not working 3. Food price is like 3 star hotel but actually it's like 0 star ordinary hotel,waste of money. 4. No one is bother if you facing any issue. 5. Ac is not working 6. Room is smelly 7. No cleaniness in room and bathroom 8. What Else to say, worst stay ever in any hotel in my 20 years of travelling. Please avoid this poorest of the poor hotel, better stay at any Dharamshala better than staying here, this hotel is just worst then dormiatory even.

I am never this abusive in my language and tripadvisor won't allow it, but these guys are selfish As, if you get what I mean. I booked this hotel through Oyo Rooms. As I was on a last minute business trip, I was prepared to not fuss around too much and booked the room for 4 days for 2 people. What happened next was the worst service I have ever received. We arrived as per our schedule, which was 2 to 3 hours prior to check-in time and asked if they extra time could be waived off. The hotel staff refused and we promptly paid a half day's charge without a breakfast of any kind. We ordered from the room service and the order took ages to come. On the next two days breakfast was even late. The waiter brought out our order placed at 9:05 AM at 11 AM. I am a diabetic and had to face two hypoglycemia episodes while in the hotel. When I had enough I told Oyo that I am leaving the hotel. The call center staff says that I have to inform them a day in advance in case of an early checkout and pay that day's rent too. On my insistence that they give this to me in writing that they are demanding me rent without me staying in the hotel, they said that the matter has been taken care of and I can go to the reception to process my check-out. At the reception I was charged a full day's rent for 2 hours of early check-in. These people are only concerned about money and not about giving proper service.
