This hotel is perfect if you are here to visit the Keleodeo Park for birdwatching. Its on the same side of the road as the park and is a short 5 minute rickshaw ride. |Despite the photo for this hotel showing a two storey building with arches we were staying in a fairly new building across a laneway which did not have the same character. |Reception and the front of house building is at the front of the property with a swimming pool in between. The building shown in the photo is at the back of the property. Its quiet despite being on a busy road. ||Room: our room was clean and comfortable and we were able to get some English language channels on the TV. (Japanese NHK)||Food: Predominantly Indian food served and European food is served with an Indian twist; how spicy do you want your spaghetti bolognese? You will want to eat in for every meal as the town is not pedestrian friendly and its on the main road to Jaipur which means heavy traffic. Portions are generous and service attentive. ||Birdwatching: Birders Inn organised a naturalist for a morning of birdwatching for RS2200. The rickshaw cost another RS1800 and entry to the park is RS1100 each. ||Getting there and away: we organised transfers to and from here. RS3800 from Courtyard Agra and RS8400 to Jas Vilas Jaipur.

We 4 senior citizens stayed in this property from 30 th January to 2 nd February. Our stay in deluxe rooms was very comfortable & we enjoyed great hospitality. Breakfast was ok.food portions in ala cart were big. Chinese was tasty.Buffet spread in evenings was much better. |Owner sh. Tirath ji was always around, mixing with guests.|No washroom slippers and no shaving kits in toiletries.|Every day bed sheets change was very much welcome.|Good stay in nutshell
This hotel underwhelmed us, the food was adequate and one member of the staff was too keen for a tip, maybe because we were English. We thought the hotel may be away from the road to make it more of a private and peaceful experience but it is roadside. However it is very close to the National park. The rooms themselves were decent enough, maybe the vibe would be better in the warmer months when the pool would be nice to use. Suitable for a night. Monkeys were fun to see though
The Birder's Inn was like our very own Marigold Hotel, very comfortable, lovely food and such caring staff. We were in the middle of an African Safari so our time included visiting the wetlands in Keoladeo Ghana National Park which were just a short drive down the road. We relaxed and recuperated in this beautiful, peaceful retreat while our laundry was done ready to move on to our next adventure.
Clean, comfortable and friendly place for short visits by families. Location is unbeatable for visitors to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff do their best to make the stay comfortable for guests and add special touches like outdoor dining around bonfire. Culinary skill could do with an upgrade to reach excellence status; no dearth in willingness to provide variety though.
Amazing staff , amazing property and amazing food.||Very spacious clean rooms with basic amenities. They don't have room service though we didn't mind going to the restaurant for our meals. ||Must try is their Laal Maas preparing. ||Another plus for the hotel is the location as it's very close to the sanctuary gate. They also called the e rickshaw at the hotel itself in the morning which was very convenient.||Would love to visit again someday
Good infrastructure. Friendly, cooperative, untrained staff The mobile data speed is the fastest I've ever seen. (430 mbps download, 5G) Absolutely awful food, which I actually spat out than eat (chicken snack), and then went hungry rather than eat the tasteless, overcooked underseasoned crap they had stocked the buffet with. Edit: Went to The Courtyard a few steps to the right for a spot of dinner, one of the few local restaurants open after 9.30pm. On returning, I found I wasn't the only one who had to spit out that chicken, and the entire group found the food disgusting.
The Birders Inn is the perfect choice when visiting the local Keoladeo Bird sanctuary This is a uniquely Indian lodge, lovely architecture spacious rooms pool beautiful food and service nestled in an extraordinary environment that will give joy to every bird watcher and wildlife enthusiasts. I loved this hotel and my stay, the facilities the wetlands location friendly host who shares your interest in wildlife and the environment it is the full package
