OYO 64809 Hotel Ravi Residency

Ravi Residency is a budget hotel. We made an unplanned trip to Bharatpur and checked in this hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Ambiance is average. Food was prepared fresh and it was tasty. There was some delay in food preparation probably as everything was prepared fresh. Service was OK. The owner of the property was courteous and tried to take steps to improve. A comfortable stay.

Staff is good, but its not recommended to stay here. Location is amazing as per national park is concerned.

Rooms - worst ever, Unhygienic and very small. Staff - Worst , They won't listen to what you are asking for rather interested in xhit chatting. Washroom - hell. Food- Wifi- No wifi available in the top floor rooms. The receptionist was telling me that I can use agarbattis in the room till they arrange an all out etc . I couldn't sleep in the room because of so much shouting from the staff members throughout the day till midnight. Please don't spoil your trip and stay away from this hotel..It's not even a hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the bird century, hotel extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. He makes our trip more interesting with his advice & tips about the city.would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.it is true sample of excellent hospitality. Food also very delicious.

It was a great stay at this hotel. This place is too close to the bird sanctuary and one has to walk for 2/3 minutes to get to keoladeo bird sanctuary. The bedroom and washroom were very clean. The staff are well behaved and decent service was provided. 24/7 hot water, tv all facilities were given. The hotel is budget friendly too. Vehicles to the station available from the main road nearby.

Tiny, but clean rooms. No elevators, only stair access and the stairs are quite steep. No food available at the hotel. The staff will get food from outside, but charges are very high. Very close to Keoladeo National Park, so it makes it very easy to get there early. The doors are locked for the night, so you will have to wake the staff to leave the premises.

Ravi Residency is situated at the best location of Bharatpur Municipal Corporation. It is just opposite to the famous Shastri Park. There is also a lot of open space in front of this residency. Here people can spend a great time with their family. Very quiet place. Much better for those who live close to nature.

It was a horrible experience with the booking...They cancelled the booking without letting us know and we were stranded outside for more than an hour with an infant before getting an alternate accommodation. I called the owner 2 days prior to my reservation and he confirmed the booking. It was Christmas eve and all good hotels are full. Later they said they have cancelled the booking due to payment issues with Agoda. Well in that's the case the owner Ratan singh ji should have not confirmed the booking or at least should have informed us regarding the cancellation to avoid the fiasco. Our whole first day plan was ruined due to this. It may be a decent hotel but the management is pathetic. Kindly book at your own risk.
