Hotel Spoonbill

Room and bathroom was basic and clean. The hostess Ms. Renu Singh is wonderful and efficient. The excellent food was home cooked by her according to specifications and she even offers packed meals if required. The location is great. Within walking distance of the sanctuary but in a relatively quiet lane. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Spoonbill Hotel was very satisfactory! A nice, big, clean, airy room and bathroom! Ample space to sit out and relax! Tasty home-cooked food! Our hostess,Mrs. Renu Singh made us very comfortable...so if you're looking for a decent, comfortable, very reasonably -priced place to stay...then the Spoonbill is the place for you! It's also centrally located and very close to the Bird Sanctuary!

I am visiting spoon bill since last 10 years twice a years, February and September.. And i prefer to stay at spoonbill only because it is very near to keoladev park and the guest rooms & services are A1. The food is too good just like home but with the variety. Renuji, the owner of spoon bill guest house is very talk active, careful and keen about the services provided.. I suggests every one to choose the spoon bill guest house for best experience..

Great location with proximity to the bird sanctuary. Owner is so lovely and the room was one of the bigger one's we've had so far in India. The lady working there is nice but she was quite pushy with food and wanted to know our plans whenever we saw her. Otherwise, great value for money!

Excellent rooms, food and hospitality at an affordable price. The hotel is less than half a km from the Keoladeo national park - which is a bonus. The manager lady who runs the place takes care of you like family. The food she cooked for me in the 3 days of stay was yummy. She also arranged for packed breakfast and hot lunch during birding in the national park. The location is apt - at the Sarus circle - but in quiet and clean surroundings. The rooms are also spacious with running hot water. Overall, a perfect place to stay for birding in Bharatpur.

The place is worth the price due to the helpful host and it's proximity to Keoladeo National park. Good food and the place is surprisingly clean. However, the plumbing needs some repair. Overall, worth the price if you are to visit Keoladeo National Park.

We had the best stay at the New Spoonbill over the weekend - Renu looked after us night and day and catered for all our needs. We had a lovely big room and big bathroom with chairs on the balcony. Every morning we had coffee in the garden and Renu prepared delicious aloo paratha for us to take into the park. Her cooking is delicious and we ate veg and non-veg food in the evening. Would 100% recommend staying here - great value for a very good experience.

A home away from home. Amazing experience staying here at Spoonbill hotel. Delicious home cooked food. Decent and comfortable rooms with all basic amenities. Walkable distance from the Park. Renuji is a terrific host and she cooks amazing delicacies.. The main advantage is that they give packed lunch boxes so that your travel time is reduced and you can enjoy the park more. If you're visiting Keoladeo Park then you can definitely choose this place.
