Visited for a wedding, rooms were spacious and were cleaned once in a day. Room service was also nice. Wedding hall is good, but it has low height ceiling so firework bridal entry fill room with smoke, avoid such entry.

I recently stayed at Amar Palace Hotel for two days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from smooth. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were refusing to provide me with the room I had booked through Agoda. The staff explained that they were receiving a low commission from Agoda and thus didn't want to honor the reservation. After a frustrating half-hour of arguing and a call to Agoda customer service, the situation was finally resolved, and they agreed to provide the room. Additionally, the hotel did not provide a tea kit in the room, which I found odd. When I asked about it, they gave me a shaving kit and a dental kit instead. However, during checkout, I noticed they charged me for the shaving kit. When I pointed this out, they removed the charge from the bill, but it added to the overall inconvenience. To make matters worse, the flush in the bathroom was not working properly in the room they initially gave me. After complaining about the issue, they did change my room to an adjacent one, which was appreciated, but it still caused an unnecessary disruption to my stay. Another major issue I encountered was the poor Wi-Fi signal on the first floor. The connection was extremely weak, and the smart TV in the room kept buffering constantly, making it impossible to watch anything. While the room itself was decent, the customer service and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. It's concerning that a hotel would refuse a booking over commission issues, charge for basic amenities like a shaving kit, neglect room maintenance, and provide poor Wi-Fi. The entire experience was stressful and frustrating. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and bookings in the future. Would I recommend this hotel? There is a very good hotel in Bharatpur which has a very good view. It has good big rooms which have all kinds of facilities. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. Food can be prepared for marriage parties. There is a separate, nice and clean place, there is good parking arrangement, the location is very good, the staff here is very good, cooperative and service is very good. Nice decorated hall for marriage birthday anniversary and other party.

The hotel is worst managed. We had visited there for the wedding and it was not cleaned even once during our stay. In addition one had to follow up multiple times to get anything and the attendants had ample excuses not to fulfill their work. When further questioned, they resorted to using aggressive tones and ready to fight. The person at the reception is most stupid - he cares about only the money and does not have a customer service or etiquette word in his dictionary. Overall it is a newly constructed hotel, but given the management's reluctance to provide customer service or maintenance it won't be long that it turns into a useless hotel. Please avoid unless there is no other choice left.

Almost new construction, very nice staff. Neat and clean washrooms. Reasonably price, overall value for money and very good experience.
