GARG COMPLEX AND GUEST HOUSE

It was a great experience, the owner stayed at the ground floor, he was very helpful as I and my friend we were only two ladies, he was very concerned about the security and he himself arranged the car. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was value for money. Overall had a great time there it was safe and the service was also very good.

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, no hot water for shower, room full of mosquitoes, and the door has a gap around it so no way to keep the mosquitoes out! Had to pay up front before seeing the room. We didn't stay and had to find somewhere else, but they kept our money. "To Let" sign on the door, so might not be open for much longer anyway! Certainly no hospitality from the owners. Avoid!

DONT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS, especially on booking. Disgusting behavior of the owner Vinod Kumar Garg. He asked us to show our booking on our phones, where he took a picture of the booking nr and pin which enabled him to write himself an excellent booking review in our name. We suddenly understood the good reviews on booking. The place is dirty, especially the bathroom, doors don't close properly so it is full of mosquitos. There is also no balcony and no garden view as marked on booking. Only good thing was the helpful staff. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Had a bad experience with this place. I accidentally booked for the wrong date and requested if I can come day later on the same booking. I sent a text, a WhatsApp and a message on agoda and heard nothing back. Then they called and we had a conversation in very broken English (if no speak English, why call, text much easier) and came to an understanding that I am welcome to come one dat later. Then late at night I get a text that they can't move my booking. If they told me this beforehand then I would have changed my plans and came to Bharatpur that day, but because they communicated so poorly, I wasted my booking. Won't recommend to anyone

Staying there was a really bad experience.. the transport facility provided by hotel was way expensive and there're so many mosquitoes & water supply was awful. Need not to mention of hygiene.

The guesthouse staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and the AC works well. The location is close to the train station but does not have very many restaurants or attractions nearby.

It's only 450 meters from bharatpur station..and decent rooms to stay here

Although I arrived late, the host welcomed me warmly. They took great care of me, and of course it was the best accommodation during my trip. One thing that needs improvement is if the bathroom was cleaner... Other than that, it's a perfect place :)
