Birds View Palace

Hotel location is good. But hotel staff has ensured that the stay of the visitors is not peaceful at all. First of all no compliment water. Then order is served after 1 hour. Even sometimes they forgot your order. Very disappointed to see plight of the hotel. I forgot my belongings but came back day to inquiring about the same. But same was clearly denied by them. Further staff want all payment upfront. I had planned my stay for 10 days but had to cut short the stay due to their unprofessional behaviour. Owner needs to make some desiresd changes. Won't recommend anyone to go there. Poor

The service in the hotel is so poor. Mosquitos in the room. No all out, nobody to take order. They give no water, when asked for water they sent two bottles and at time of check out they asked for patment of those bottles. Not even 2 bottles on two rooms were in the rent. They said the RO water is free and threatned that we sent RO water but no body actually did.

All is well this location
