Good hotel. Limited facilities.no bislery water. Only ro water ( said to be ) that too was not clear.|There is no toiletry in the bathroom. There is only one shampoo and one moisturizer. The couple needs 2. |Tea sache ( more than one each ) in the room were on payment and bislery too priced. There is no shaving kit in the bathroom. |These things hardly cost 100/-., but hotel management can charge 100/' extra per room. |However, the room is spacious and bathroom too. Grassy , well maintained lawns are a bonus. |The dining hall was a surprise. It was well decorated and spacious. We ordered all carte in dinner, and breakfast too was good.|This hotel can be booked and good for senior citizens.

Neither a resort nor gives a feel of a hotel. Layout too is not appealing at all. Salty water in taps. Food is of average quality. Except that staff is polite & over all a newly constructed properly but not worth staying.

1. Unprofessional Behavior: The hotel staff enjoyed the food themselves rather than ensuring a smooth experience for our guests. There were unnecessary arguments with guests over food and fights with respected Guests and were highly embarrassed in front of our guests- February 2025.They kept repeating, "This is Surajmal Raja's palace," every time 2. Reception Staff Conduct: Some reception staff members, particularly those with moustaches (khundi Mooch waale), seemed to deliberately intimidate guests rather than assist them. Their unwelcome attitude was unsettling and unprofessional. 3. Parking Issues: Our guests were repeatedly asked to move their cars every five minutes, causing significant inconvenience. Parking for only 10-15 Cars. 4. Property not ok for other districts good for local people.

Quite substandard rooms. Open cupboard and not a single drawer in the room. Leaking showers and Broken Cups. Non working TV which could be only fixed after intervention by booking agent. Totally ignorant staff at the reception who is even not aware of nearby tourist attractions. Only plus point is it is near to the bird sanctuary and nothing else. It Not worth the prices.

So we attended a wedding and we stayed in room 509, we had close relatives live in room 504, so comparing they should be the same right? Well no, far from yes actually. 504 has good lighting, 3 mirrors and a good bathroom, 509 has terrible lighting, a horrible bathroom with a leftie hand shower (convenient for me but not for my family) insects were littered everywhere (probably because of the sugar under the mattress). And an un lockable door for the bathroom. Hairs everywhere and the bathroom sink was leaking. When we called reception, in the night they said we will come to clean in the morning, bud came so late and demanded money for cleaning a mess that was already there. overall 0.5 stars Never staying here again

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at [UDAI VILLAS]. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. 1. Customer Service: The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. When I raised concerns, they either ignored them or responded rudely. 2. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned--there was dust, stains, and even an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was particularly bad. 3. Amenities: Many promised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. [Mention specific issues, e.g., broken AC, no hot water, poor Wi-Fi, etc.] 4. Noise Levels: The hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. [Mention if it was due to thin walls, loud guests, or outside noise.] 5. Value for Money: For the price I paid, I expected much better. This stay was not worth the cost. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options in the area.

Stayed here today, property is good having lawns and beautiful rooms, ample parking space swimming pool , rooms also good with all basic amenities, resturant food taste is ok, service needs a little improvement, rooms are not sound proof and outside noise disturbs a little bit

Had my sister's wedding over here. Had the best of times. Starting from the ambience to aesthetic and food quality it was one the best things i could ask for.
