Good location and nice reception service,with clean rooms,emergency light and clock is not available, must be arranged with bathroom doormate, wishing Happy new year

Hotel staff is very rude, service is not on top specially reception desk girl her behaviour so bad they give excuses all the timee.

Good quality in food service and room setting"

We went to Keoladeo National Park and thus chose to stay at SHiv Vilas Palace Hotel. It is a very average hotel with very in the face kind of decor. The hotel was under renovation and thus dusty and absolutely non presentable. We had a room on the first floor where it almost seemed like no one was staying there. It was December and thus cold. While the room had twin beds, and large in size, the bathroom had a malfunctioned Geyser. Therefore for all three days we had no hot water. The commode top had come off. No towels were provided until we asked them. The restaurant was gaudy and was smelling of very intense room freshener that gave us a headache. The hotel is quite far away from the main gate of the bird sanctuary. Several times I asked the receptions taff to have the manager talk to me but s/he never came to speak even a word with me. Th saving grace was the food at the restaurant. It was decent. I will never stay at this property ever again. Avoid it if you can.

Great hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessary gadgets. Staff is really well mannered and professional. Service is really good. Food served is good enough but the service makes up for it. Their recreational centre was the main attraction for me as they had a pool table in pretty good condition and same goes for their table tennis table. Gym facilities were also available, however I didn't use it so will not be able to comment on it. The swimming pool was also very good as the water was very clean.

We stayed here for a wedding for 3 nights. Refrigerator, electric kettle in the room not working. Staff is very indifferent, rooms not cleaned and linen not changed unless you ask for. Service is very slow.
