TreeHouse Sunrise Resort & Caravan Park, Neemrana

The place is a comfortable drive from Center Delhi (~3.5 hours). This hotel has excellent staff and hospitality- they really take care of you. We received high quality private concierge and butler service where they offered customized food and personalized service. Food quality was 4/5. The inside hotel area is large about a kilometer so great for activities. Overall a great experience with too lost hospitality Kudos to the team- naming some of them : umesh, Pradeep, Ram sewab Roy and chef Gaurav & team

*Pros* Bang on highway Ample parking Green area and Spacious rooms *Cons* Property is old, and maintenance is needed Rooms service is pathetic, as need multiple reminders. Food quality is ok but needs improvement Food is a bit expensive. Small pool. Caravan Park is now operational. Stuff is either too young or too complesiant. Room AC (ducting) makes noises too high.

We booked this hotel so that our kids could have fun and we all could spend some quality time but we are never coming back and never recommending this hotel to anyone. Its not as shown in the pictures. Bedsheets were not clean. Kids play area had a broken slide. Despite of telling them that the tea was bitter in taste and they should prepare with some more milk they were giving the same type of tea everytime. We were not able to lock the Bathroom doors. Very bad experience.

Overall good for a stay or official meetings. Water pool facility is also available. You can enjoy some indoor games as well such as Keram Board, Table Tennis, etc.

An ideal property for both business and family trips, offering a wide range of facilities, including conference and leisure amenities. Perfect for corporate offsites and family gatherings. The team is highly supportive and cooperative.

We found this hotel are very perfect for spend weekend time with you family and loved one. It was quit nice location with pools. Overall we can say that amazing.

I saw so many positive reviews that I thought the complaints about the facilities must be a fluke. See my photos for the details that I wish I had when I made my plans to come here. The service is friendly, but a little clumsy. The location is on a highway but is at least pretty far back, so road noise won't be an issue. Be aware though, the facilities are definitely shabby and in need of an update. Everything looks a little dingy and worn, everything is scratched and chipped. Rooms come with a space heater, presumably because the built in system doesn't work. The bed is strangely hard. Considering I paid less than this ($3500/balcony) for a hotel in Alwar last night which was a luxurious experience with pristine facilities, this is a major disappointment. I need to stay in this area for personal reasons but otherwise would suggest finding anything that is in a nearby city rather than the highway.
