Very helpful and courteous staff, clean rooms, the food was very good in the restaurant . They help you out with booking cabs/auto at the reception.

Hotel restaurants and bar are all at a single point. Rooms are spacious. Bed sheet was having strain some points. TV was there but set top box was not working. Bathroom is spacious. Service part is okay. Location is good. If some points I mentioned is improved it will be a good hotel in this budget.

Worst ever experience. Unfriendly welcoming, inappropriate behaviour, arrogant reception personal. I called person that if there is enough rooms available I ll be book after check he told me to be sure I will have rooms once you come. Online rooms were cheaper so I told about that, afterward I tried to find cheaper one but due to some compulsive unavoidable reason I told him it is ok if rooms expensive please give me one. He told me that all rooms are gone. Online it was showing available he told me I won't accept your request. I don't know but it was too much arrogant nature I have ever seen. for the moment of time I was surprised because of this kind of arrogant welcoming behaviour I would dislike again to visit Surya Mahal hotel.

Best place coffee and food super

I visit there during my friends marriage. This marriage was organising in this hotel last week. Hotel was clean. And it had enough space for a nicely organising a function. We were 5 friends and enjoyed our dinner there. The garden was not too big but fine. Overall nice.

Pathetic hospitality. The AC wasn't working the entire night but no empathy from the team. Don't expect anything nice, keep this as a last resort.

This is my favorite hotel. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely hotel . We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home and in middle of city. I have to say, I always enjoy every single bite of the meal. Excellent food+ Excellent service. I visited so many times here but never got disappointed . Menu is extensive as well as quality is high standard.

Hi All, Its restro was good enough in starting days but now a days total staff was changed & even waiters do not know how to serve food or way to handle customers. We have to even call waiter to serve water, we have to wait 20 mins to a waiter come there & collect used plates and point to be laughing is that before collecting used plates the final bill was on customer's table. Day by day food quality is getting poor & poor and there is no manager who know how to communicate. Poor show.
