Hotel Uday Residency

On first impression the rooms seemed modern and nice. But closer inspection showed stained duvet and sheets (they were changed but still dirty), a sink who's taps almost came off in our hands, and general dirt. There was a horrible smell and brown stain on one side of the bed and our clothes and bags smelled bad after just one night here. It's a shame because a deep clean would sort all the above. Positives; Staff were nice, helpful and the food was excellent. I would eat at the restaurant but wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Have taken their food at the train..it was quite awesome with very good service..

Very small rooms , And food quality not even eatable..asked one plate Veg Pakoda ..it was not fresh and even soooo much oily took back and bring another plate saying this is fresh but that was same item nothing was changed except the plate ... When Waiter came to take dinner order we denied to take in this hotel ... Not advisable to stay here unless u don't have any other option ...

The food here was really good. We had mutton and it was cooked to perfection. Non veg was also tasty. We were amazed of the food quality. Rooms are clean and nice, and the owner, Ravi, went over his head by helping us with different matters.

Hotel Uday Residence: A Cautionary Tale Beware of Hotel Uday Residence! We were misled by its "amazing" Google reviews. The lesson? Be wary of reviews by accounts with a single post. Our mistake cost us 5500 rupees for two bedrooms, a price grossly inflated for what awaited us. When I entered the first room the smell was unbearable. I immediately asked to change rooms, however the alternative was no better. The new room had sheets and pillowcases with holes, stains, and an unsettling amount of hair, clearly unwashed. My friends room was also in a similar state but had the extra suprise of a number of cockroaches running around the floor. We were also not given any towels. After requesting, they gave us some towels and changed the sheets. The manager also insisted that the pillow cases were clean but they had massive stains on it. The place has really bad vibes. After visitng the Chand Baori steps wall, we decided not to spend the night there and caught the next train out to Agra. Our advice: Do not waste your money on this place. It is a scam

The hotel looks very nice, the rooms are clean, spacious, with Ac. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Ravi, the owner, was the most welcoming, and did all his best to make us feel welcomed and to provide everything we needed. He was very helpful also with buying train and bus tickets for us. Thanks Ravi for all

1. Best of the lot of this hotel was food... Very good 2. However, rooms were very small, you would feel claustrophobic; 3. Amenties at ro.can be improved, water/light/ac issue was dere. 4. Restaurant manager/gur taking order was slow/with no customer service etiquettes. Even after telling specific criteria for food; they couldn't bother to arrange itema. Overall Rating -3.5/5

#Hotel Uday Residency I would say right choice at great price. Great hospitality and very safe comfortable stay. Hotel staff is very nice. Tried food and it was delicious. Would recommend to stay. I chose to stay in this hotel recently. It was a reasonable price for so many amenities. Nice and clean room. Great location. Definitely a great place to stay. Hotel manager was very polite and services were awesome. Hotel also has good facilities where food was delicious. A must try...
