Don't follow the negative words from other competitors around, as this hotel personally I will suggest to the masses for awesome stay experience and good taste of the food. Over all 5 star to their services |Staff is also coperative and the owner precisely handles the clientele

I stayed here for a day and had a wonderful experience with the place. The staff, authorities, and other people are heart-welcoming and cooperative enough. Rooms are also quite spacious, spik and span, equipped with also the necessities of having clean and hygienic toilets and bathroom. The food is also good, tasty, and delicious, and the service is also fast. The good thing is that both the hotel and the kitchen remain open at the wee hours of the day and are ready to serve the people. I would highly recommend it to the people for the stay and food and enjoy their time over there.

We visited the restaurant. Their service is very much poor. If you order starter and main course, then they will provide both the item in same time. Then you will have to choose what to eat. If you ask why this, then the reply will be the chef prepared the food. That's why they served. The staff's are uncultured. The most important thing is if you complain to the front desk the person who is sitting there will laugh a lot and he will make you feel that you are from uncultured area coming to their restaurant for eating. Moreover, in the soup, most of the time, I found hair . Then they will charge you for that also. You have to eat their hair also.

Excellent service. Very tastly foods specially "Dum Aloo Kashmiri " really yammy 5***** for room services. Highly recommended.

Nice experience Located at very prime location, easily accessible from Bharatmal expressway. Such an amazing food and staff behaviour.

Third class hotel. Cheated Rs 22000 from me. Claimed amount twice for the same bill. Upon questioning their response was like it was my fault. They simply asked "Why did you pay". Never visit this hotel. Extremely pathetic management and hell of experience

Stayed 2 days and larger room size and very comfortable. Foods prices are very affordable and sufficient quantity. Just need some improvement like power cut found oftenly (need backup), Dish TV recharge was expired and they are not recharge even after complaint, staffs are very politely. Recommended.
