Deogarh Hills (A Village Experience Property)

Most incredible and wonderful experience staying here. Rohit was an amazing host who made us feel so welcome and had a good laugh with us. I personally loved seeing the village life, everyone was so friendly and it was so refreshing after travelling the big cities. It was a needed break from India's chaos! We did so much in our 2 days such as visiting a local temple where everyone was so pleased to see us, and a sunset safari in the jeep to the most amazing view point. Here we had chai and watched the sun go down. Next day we went for a morning sunrise hike up to beautiful temple and visited the local school. In the village everyone always waved at us when we drove past them and the children all wanted to say hello. We have travelled India for 3 weeks and this is definitely one of our holiday highlights, I couldn't recommend it more! I'll come back one day and see the tree we planted in the school!! Such special wonderful memories, thank you to Rohit and your hard working team!!

An amazing place to visit. Rohit was a wonderful host, welcoming us into his community. The countryside experience was truly magnificent and we particularly liked the trip to the local school. The hotel was really lovely and the food delicious...We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back!

The food quality breakfast, lunch and dinner was superb and really enjoyed the taste of rajasthani food. The room experience is good and you feels like royal stay. The outside view is mesmerizing and feels like you are in greenery. This property is at the center of deep peace and you can really enjoy village lifestyle. Also the elevated height facilitates unforgettable sunset and sunrise view. The etiquette and behaviour of host (Rohit) is very polite and thus fabulous. Come here....and Enjoy staying here....

It's a beautiful property with an ambience full of local culture and all that with mouthwatering cuisines of proper rajasthan. Beautifully preserved heritage and the rustic feeling takes you back in time. Comfortable rooms, just needs to better the washroom plumbings and it would beat any other BNB anyday!

We had a wonderful few days homestay here. And it truly is a home stay. Ruhit, Mayur and mother Laxmi welcomed us warmly. The meals, all vegetarian, freshest of vegetables, were so good. We liked the Chai Masala and I had a lesson, hope I can make it that well. We had a couple of hill rides with Ruhit and Sandip making Chai..sunsets so fine, so peaceful. The decor is fine and so very clean. No question left unanswered. In the evening our hosts joined us and lively conversations flowed All together a highly recommended experience.

After the hustle and bustle of Indian cities it was wonderful to stay with Rohit and his family in the quiet and peaceful village of the Deogarh Hills! This is a very comfortable guesthouse where you really feel at home. The surrounding countryside is wonderful to explore and Rohit took us on a number of adventures in their Jeep to see the sunset. The nearby heritage train ride is a must. We had delicious vegetarian meals prepared at the guesthouse, some of which were completely unique and new to us and super tasty. Rohit and Mayur are great dinner conversationalists. A stay here is highly recommended!

Rohit's hospitality to my mother and I was fantastic during our 2 night stay.|Staying at Deogarh Hills offers an unmatched opportunity to be welcomed into a truely rural Rajastani village. With Rohit, we were able to candidly witness the daily routines of home life, temples and farms whilst keeping a close lookout for the rich wildlife here.|The house boasts beautiful views from the roof terrace and big comfortable rooms. We loved listening to the morning birdsong and filling our tummies with delicious local food.|Thank you Rohit and your team - we will be back!

We stayed in Deogarh Village Experience. We were welcomed by Rohitashva and his brother Mayur with broad smile. They are the most wonderful people. Room was clean and specious. Food was cooked traditionally on wood fire stove. One of the best food we ate after a long time. Needless to say, every staff member took care of our needs. Rohitashva also took us for the evening tea at sunset on a mountain top. Wonderfull location. Unforgettable village experience. Highly recommended
