Hotel ML Grand

At the ML GRAND Hotel and had a highly disappointing experience. The service was consistently late, leaving us waiting far longer than acceptable for basic requests. Additionally, the quality of the food was abysmal. Meals were served cold, and the taste was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, the staff behaved rudely and were unaccommodating. I expected a much higher standard from a hotel of this supposed caliber. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

I regret to inform you that my experience at the ML GRAND Hotel was profoundly unsatisfactory. The service was consistently tardy, resulting in protracted waits for even the most basic requests. Furthermore, the culinary offerings were of an exceedingly low standard, with meals being served at an unacceptably low temperature and lacking in flavor. To compound these issues, the staff exhibited a marked lack of professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating an unwillingness to accommodate our needs. Given the reputation of this establishment, I had anticipated a significantly higher level of service and quality. Consequently, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasurable and satisfactory stay.

Cozy and comfortable rooms available at Anupgarh. The hotel ambience is also attractive. I stayed here twice for a business trip. Room service is okay. What I feel that there is a scope of improvement in their cuisines for certain items. I have not yet tried traditional Indian main course, it could be stunning. But tea and coffee they serve lacks authenticity in taste. Mostly people stay here enjoy booze party. Overall a good place to stay if you visit here for a business purpose.

The staff members, to my dismay, were impolite and demonstrated a lack of concern for our well-being. Given the hotel's esteemed reputation, I had higher expectations. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were whisked away into a world of culinary delight. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. You must visit this restaurant and enjoy the dining experience.

Good Room but missing necessary anemities & room h some foul smell, washroom is clean but not deep cleaned. Service is quick. Food is very tasty. Breakfast buffet is also good with limited options. Overall its a great hotel to stay but hotel needs to be professional in every aspect. Great value for money. I recommend every traveler to stay here.

Pathetic experience! Don't go by the name or ambience. Extremely poor service lift non functional, TVs not working in any room .. and by chance if you stay please go for complimentary breakfast yourself they won't call you !
