Good place to stay in Alwar. Center of the city. Food and transfers available easily from here. Rooms available in 1600/- to 2000/- range.

Location is good, rooms and bathrooms are not so clean, service is very poor.

Had very bad experience with this hotel. 1) First of all, when I went to market leaving my father in the room, hotel staff switched off light from outside leaving my father in pitch dark. Being a dementia patient, He was scared from his core. 2) We stayed there for about 3 hours first and had to give full day payment. We checked out and after about 3 hours came back to hotel due to some circumstances. Hotel charged again full day amount for overnight stay. Even though room was not even cleaned properly after we left, and not anyone came there to stay.

Don't deserve even 1 star I have stayed in many hotel rooms, it's the worst hotel I have stayed in.very dirty room. very noisy & rude staff, they don't know how to talk with someone. the window from my room overlooked the staff closet, where the hotel staff regularly made noise and swore. bathroom in terrible condition. it is very expensive for such problems! run from this place! the bedding is so dirty and old that it has holes.

The behavior of your night staff is very bad. We stay at Hotel Imperial only because of you. We didn't know that your night staff would talk to us so friendly. Only water balls. This behavior is very indecent. Please, you are requested to improve your hotel staff with this message. We along with the entire staff make one to two visits in a month. Dr. PD. Singh Jaipur

Visited in March 2017. Good Hotel, great location. The staff is amazing. Very Helpful. The rooms are a bit damp. Overall, good for an overnight stay. The view of Bala Quila from the roof is amazing. Explore Alwar by walking.
