Hotel Crown Alwar

Very rude behavior of service staff. They treat their customer like arrogantly. No room service available if you need anything you have to do it at your own. Very disappointing

Great hotel. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was fresh. WiFi was very good. Bathroom was clean and water was hot. Shower was good. Room service was great although there is no restaurant on site they order in for you. Staff were great and location was good.

Nice hotels, clean rooms, clean washroom overall nice stay.. about staff...very much cooperative and helpful.. I am saying this because of the situation I faced and how their staff come upfront to help me.. Boy sitting at counter always smiling ready to help and down to earth... overall nice experience

Stayed here last week. Pretty comfortable, everything was perfect, Clean & Neat, the staff was good & helpfull. Had a fun & peaceful stay. Shops at walkable distance. Had no problems at all. If i happen to go back to alwar, definitely booking Hotel Crown again!!!

Good ambience overall beautiful. Excellent food tasty snacks. It has capacity of 1000 people. Newly built very well maintained. Nice place for marriage or any big function.

The behavior of the staff and the room service was very good, the cleanliness in the hotel was very good, I liked it very much, I did not face any kind of problem, the market is also nearby, which is the location of the hotel, it is very good and the parking area needs to be improved. Required everything else is good I am very happy with hotel service there is no problem with anything

Good location in heart of the city and rooms are clean and hygiene.|Staff behaviour is also good.|Everything is nearby and tourist places are also nearby.|Neat and clean rooms provided by hotel.|You can visit with friends or family.|
